Odd how we can have good and bad days health wise for no reason. I’ve started knitting regularly again after spending a lot of time crocheting and doing other crafts. Never grown veg. May try having a go next year. Yes, I recently had to buy the code for my printer but it was the first time I’ve had to do that. It has lasted three years. Mine is an eco tank and there should be a wire somewhere. It was a proper faff sorting it out. New subbie here.😊

Well done sorting out the printer, Sheila, you are very good with all the technical updates. Maybe you are a bit tired - you work so hard and rarely take days off. I think the change of season can be tiring too. 🍂 Sometimes you can get viruses going round, as the kids go back to school. My pharmacy told me to take Vit C and zinc. Take care ❤

Dear Shelia, I hope you are feeling better today. I take a break from things. I'm in the sleepless stage of life. I try to take a nap to make up for the gaps. Lol I'm waiting for colder weather to do the garden clean up. We're in North Carolina, USA. This week is low 80's but next week is going to be cooler, especially at night. It's like a roller coaster. 😮 I've been knitting a beanie and started my first knit shawl. I hope I don't drop stitches. Lol I dropped one purl on the beanie but I think I fixed it okay. Blah!

The story about Ian ringing you to be let was so funny. Also - I think it's a great idea to let the girl first pick of what baby knits she wants after you knit whatever you want. It will certainly be much more interesting than a lot of plain white articles, and even if she doesn't want any of the coloured ones ( how could she not???) they will be bound to sell.

Sheila, one of the things you can do is use clear nail polish on the back of your watch and it will stop the itching. I have a metal allergy and this was recommended to me and it worked
