It brings tears of pride and joy... Had my father brought us up in Zuni.. I miss the feeling of belonging to my own culture.. I feel like an outsider, peeking into my missed "family".... My Native Family....😢
Keep your traditions! Living in Florida I grew up watching the Cattlemens Parade which was eventually replaced with Martin Luther King Day parade, big difference, no values. Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed it.
Then don't go to the Navajo Nation fair! You Zuni's won't ever be able to compete with the Navajo Nation Fair. I don't go to your ghetto insignificant zuni fair, who goes to Zuni anyways?? There's only 11,000 of you guys running around!
