DHCP is available but VPN, i don't think so.

This router have port forwarding option but on sim card internet you will not get the static IP and open ports functioning.
@@TechnoSearch No problem if I dont get Static ip, still can I open ports connected to lan ? The only problem I will face is whenever I want to connect my device from outside, I will have to find my new public ip, no problem for that I just want open Port.
In short I want to ask that Mobile network ports are open or closed from their side.

On cofe dash board the speed is 350 420 1.2 like that jumping but on pc not even 100kbps
