I just bought one and was trying to figure out the tilt feature...there were no instructions included with the umbrella at all. Many, many thanks for an easy to understand instruction video!!

hello what happens if cranking clockwise does not bring umbrella back to up right position? is there a fix? thanks
Hello! To bring your umbrella back to an upright position from the tilt position, you will need to turn the crank handle counter clockwise until the umbrella is back to horizontal position. Continue turning the crank handle counter clockwise to close the umbrella.
I cannot get studs outta wheel set in pole to change worn cord . It (the cord broke inside of pole. I have taken apart the lever apart OK. But cannot feed a new cord in.

I could not get the bottom pole into the top pole
Hi Janet, is your bottom pole bent? If your umbrella is new, please submit pictures to your place of purchase so they may see what the issue is and if under warranty, the dealer may initiate a claim. Thank you.
