So basically you got a man whose wife left him and he’s stalking her and the police thought…. Oh this is a good time to give him back his guns but it’s not our fault that he ended up shooting her. Does this make sense to anybody? Shame on that police force it was absolutely 110% your fault never should’ve given those guns to that man/ murderer and you know it!
This young woman has such incredible strength to explain this and she’s so intelligent in the way she spoke and understood herself and her own experience and was able to articulate in that way. Well done to her for pulling them up on asking about DV when she’d literally already explained he’d been controlling, it’s so mentally damaging. If you read this, I hope you’re healing x

I was stalked for almost 2 years with loads of evidence and the police refused to do anything. Nothings changed

Did the husband go to jail or im sure if he took his life too what happened to that monster
he got a life sentence with a minimum term of 31 years.
I grew up shooting with the stepfather jack hooper
