To be clear, "qel" means "less" or "minus." For all of the "fractions" expressions on the second screen (40 to 55 minutes), you would say *the upcoming hour* followed by "qel tolot," "larob," etc.--*not the current hour*! For example, at 2:45 you would say "hadi tlata larob"--like saying "it's quarter to three." If you said "hadi jouj larob," you would actually be saying "it's 1:45."
