This happened to my best friend, except the girl hit him in the head and knocked him out before tying him to her bed. When he went to police they literally LAUGHED at him and sent him away. I hope Anderson managed to have something of a happy life.
It's disgusting how people, even people now, could, and are, okay with men being sexually assaulted because if it happens to a man it "isn't that bad." PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE
And what's even worse is this woman stalked her victim that's even more traumatic I'm surprised it's poor soul didn't commit suicide after the hell he went through. I bet it would have been an entire different story if he was underage what would people think then.
I can’t imagine what it was like for him that his rapist was making money off the story of what she did to him and the name of then memoir makes me sick. It wasn’t a love story it was multiple crimes.
The especially shitty thing is that a lot of those people are other men. Obviously this isn't every man that is like this, but there are a large number of especially older men who will make fun of male assault victims and say shit like "oh man, that sounds awesome!" It really sucks, because we're made to feel like we don't have an actual support system. Edit: I realized the wording in this might sound like I'm a victim, thankfully I'm not. Meant to say that men in general don't have a support system for this kind of thing.
Jesus Christ, that poor guy! I can't imagine going through all that trauma and then having the media making fun of you, and then one day his attacker showing up one day again. I hope he got the necessary help to deal with all that.
The media is generally evil. They'll lie about, humiliate, mock or attack anybody to make sensationalist stories. They're a BIG reason our world is in such a mess today.
This is just... So gross. No sex crime in England if you're a man back then? That poor man. I can't imagine how his life was affected by what happened to him. Especially since back then so many people didn't believe men could be sexually assaulted. Even now, his kidnapping and assault is all about his attacker not about the victim. Because his attacker is this famous rich crazy lady, she's the one you hear about, not him. :( Another great video! Thanks for posting! :-)
For some reason we perpetuate this idea that straight men are supposed to always be up for sex by any female at any time. Some women will call you gay if you dont want to have sex at the drop of a dime (with them obviously). Like no, it doesn't work that way for every dude. Not all men are whores. And that reminds me, why dont we call men whores like we do with loose women? Im not saying men and women double standards shouldn't exist completely, but some double standards are really pointless and harmful to relationships.
It's disgusting that it was glorified and she made money off it. I bet they wouldn't do this if this was a guy kidnapping and assault a woman for 3 days or if Anderson was underage. And what's worse she stalked him afterwards if I were him I would have changed my name completely.
Insane or terrible that a rapist made her living off kidnapping and raping someone. I know you wouldn't be commenting that if it was a man kidnapping and raping a woman
Wow, I feel so horrible for him! How damaging and traumatic to be violated in such a way, then to have that violation mocked in such a public way, and as if that weren't bad enough, to have your attacker go on with life as though they hadn't utterly destroyed you as a person and shattered your soul. What a monster she is!

I just watched the documentary last night and was blown away! She actually reminds me of a girlfriend I had in 95-96 and have been after me since and she’s very pretty. She would start fb accounts to just get in touch with me with only a few friends and not that active on her page. Then around 2005, she was living with this rich guy that supported her and was in love with her. She made up stories of how she was being abused and wanting to look for a job in SF and if she could stay with me. Well, I went for it thinking it may work and I was single for a bit. Well, we fought like cats and dogs and in about a week I told her she had to go. So left with only $20. that gave her and was homeless and didn’t know anyone to help her. She called me a few times and said she was staying at a church. I asked why she not going back home bc she comes from a rich family in Houston and her grandfather was once the country club president. She said she wanted to try on her own to live in SF. Oh I forgot, when we were together the first and she was only 21 and had a thin frame with the right curves. She hated other girls that were strippers. But during the time we were not in touch, she became a stripper for the easy money and to support her speed drug habit. So, the guy she was living in Houston, found her and came out to fly her back to Houston. So we didn’t speak for about 6 months and I had roommate trouble for 4 months and was trying to evict a new psycho roommate that locked me out of my apt. and refused my mail and wrote no longer lives here or sent back. Anyway, when I recovered my apt. I got a stack of back mail and one was from her. It said she just wanted to let me know that she had my child. That her brother who couldn’t have kids ended up adopting. She said she wanted nothing from me from me and just wanted to let me know. So I took in the new found news and took it all in. Then I said bull crap bc we didn’t have intercourse and was fight in that whole week to even have sex. Yeah, I got a few bjs from her and she offered to give me a free strip tease that she hoped to end up with sex. But she got frustrated bc I was like what’s with the stripper moves??? So I called her and told her it’s not my child and we didn’t have sex like she imagine it to be. Oh and she used to carry a book that she covered in a t shirt to protect. I never asked her what that book was or look at the book. So I asked the guy she was living with, bc we both got connect to find her when she was staying at the church and all alone in SF. I asked what was that book she was carrying and he said it was a Russian dictionary. He also said he took her to Russia twice, but she denied ever going there. Oh she was a big time lover and another thing I got so tired of. Imagine being truly loved so beautiful and someone who would do almost anything for you and should be a dream come true for most men and I don’t even need to be rich and I’m Chinese and she’s white. But being with someone so extreme was hard to have a relationship with and I’m sure I can get her back bc I’m the love of her life and she truly loves me. She sees something in me that she can’t find in others, so I guess I should be flattered. I actually met other beautiful women with these eccentric traits and something happens to them as they age. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but bc I went through this a few times with girlfriends, I pick it up in women pretty quickly. They are normally the ones that’s being asked out, but I don’t really ask girls out and that intrigues them and they have no clue on asking men out and it’s somewhat onward for them to show their vulnerability.
I think any religion tends to attract some people who are unstable just because you’ve got this whole system built around unity and fellowship and pretty much guaranteeing attention to those looking for it. Same with scammers looking to feed off the humanitarian services. You can’t just decide someone’s a wacko and turn them away because church. And you end up with that one person who pipes up in Sunday School every week to talk about his time working as a CIA operative...
I’m from Utah and was raised in the LDS church (no longer practicing now), and I appreciate you at least saying that there are normal Mormons. Because I really tired of all the bizarre things people think about Mormons. People who have bad experiences with Mormons have usually come into contact with the extreme zealots who even other Mormons think are weird.
@@kconrad5893 I do not subscribe to the mormon's religious beliefs but boy do I respect them and their emphasis on family. some of my most favorite you tubers are mormons. if every religious church emphasized the family as the mormons do how much better would family life be in America.
I met her in the parking lot of Bob’s Big Boy in Burbank one Friday night seeming to live out of her car. Some other guy had a restraining order out on her “wrongly” and she wanted me to help her get a studio to tell her story... I eventually had to pretend to use the bathroom, go across the street to the market and call my friends to get my keys and drive my car over (we were there for the weekly car show). She’s pretty nuts and a little scary to be honest. I think I still have her number in my old phone even.
@@4dhumaninstrumentality789 at first super friendly and nice. Then asking a little too many questions. Then slowly gets into her story and then is just non stop all of it rounding into aggressively asking for help (getting a script made mainly) and then just wouldn’t let me leave, kept falling me around. Literally had to go into the men’s room to get away from her. I just thought she was a living in her car LA nut job until I looked her name up in the restroom. Then I was intrigued but also pretty weirded out so I took the opportunity to dip lol.

Sorry I'm not sorry, but I'm walking away, because that mindset is disgusting! Also, wherever this guy is, I hope he's healing and processing it now. I remember working with these two lads and one of them was laughing telling me that his mate (the other lad) had been raped at a party of a girl and was kind of egging him on to tell me and you could see the lads eyes welling up telling me about it. It's a terrible toxic culture we live in today. Guys are mocked and told they are lucky that to get attention. Be scary to think of the number of girl on guy rapes there is out there.
The fact she showed up 20 years later with handcuffs and chains for round two scares me but it also makes me laugh 😂 . Poor guy I really do feel super sorry for him and I would definitely not want that to happen to me. That woman is crazy.
@@OfficialTexan No, there’s a fundamental parallel. Just the basic crazy chick thinking she was entitled to something and holding a man prisoner but still. Not remotely complete but that can only be a good thing. The guy suffered enough as it was.
That must have been absolutely horrifying for him. Very rare to hear about a woman kidnapping a man for sex (you hear about men kidnapping and even murdering women and children all the time I mean), so maybe because it was so unusual specially back then played a part in that the poor guy was ignored, not believed and made fun of.
Anonymous data, replicated in at least two different studies, from the US in recent years have suggested that, by college graduation, around 2% of women and 6% of men have acted in a situation that met the legal definition of r*pe. Today in 2023, obese Kirk Anderson leads a miserable life, as he was pressured to marry a fat dog-ugly fat Mormon womsn with frizzy hair, when he could've had a beauty who ran for Miss USA. He's gained up to 500 pounds from depression eating and being married to the wrong woman, and their Mormon kids were screwed up big time. His daughter went on Facebook stating her Mormon BROTHER RAPED her and that her father (Kirk Anderson) "fondled her inappropriately." His son was a drunk with a DUI record.
Dude you gotta stop throwing that extra large egg roll at the crazies so hard if you don't wanna be stalked like that! 🙃🙃
The newspaper actually said "Three days of fun, food & sex".😲
Is retro-cancelling a thing?
I lived in Utah for 10 years. The LDS church has plenty of normal people, but it also attracts plenty of crazies.
I know right, Mormons well, ex Mormons can be crazy as the Daybell clan from Idaho
@@kconrad5893 I do not subscribe to the mormon's religious beliefs but boy do I respect them and their emphasis on family. some of my most favorite you tubers are mormons. if every religious church emphasized the family as the mormons do how much better would family life be in America.
@@cindyb8775 That’s a nice thing to hear. You’re probably right! ;-)
Man, this is messed up. Insane.
How old are you? Damn
How’d she come across? Eccentric? Delusional?
@@krisb5792 41. This was only about 5 years ago.
@@krisb5792 you realize she is still alive, right? Lol so this could have happened to a super young person yesterday
I had forgotten this story, but watching your video brought back memories. Kirk was a friend of my brother's before all of this BS transpired. I really felt sorry for him - then and now.
I feel so sorry for Anderson , he didn't get justice and she lived her life without facing real consequences of raping him
This is infuriating
US Authorities were having "NUN" of it.😅
Oh, you 🥲🥲
Anyone who tells me shit like "he liked it", "men can't get raped", "he was so lucky", or simply comparing it to not being "nearly as bad" as women being raped. Sorry I'm not sorry, but I'm walking away, because that mindset is disgusting!
Also, wherever this guy is, I hope he's healing and processing it now. Honestly, I just want to let him know that he was hurt and it was HER in the wrong!
Okay, the lady was totally bonkers and sounds like a comic villain, but what about the survivor? I wanna know how he felt about this whole thing.
I don't know what's crazier: the story, or the fact she was a beauty queen.🤢
Clearly her desire for validation went well beyond what the pageant circuit could feed. Or she was just plain bonkers.
That’s the best Wyoming had to offer. Being from Wyoming I can tell you that’s not surprising.
ua-cam.com/video/R_USJCTIgs4/v-deo.html
RIGHT!
Imagine if Mckinney was a 600 lbs. Trailer trash woman. THEN it would've been a TERRIBLE story!
😝
This woman has been an absolute global menace for almost 50 years. Incredible
“Where do you get mink-lined handcuffs?” Pfft. Amateur.
lol the mink line hand cuff store lol
🤣
The fact she showed up 20 years later with handcuffs and chains for round two scares me but it also makes me laugh 😂 . Poor guy I really do feel super sorry for him and I would definitely not want that to happen to me. That woman is crazy.
Sounds like the real life version of Stephen King's "Misery" a bit.
Holding someone against their will doesn’t make it the same as Misery…
@@OfficialTexan No, there’s a fundamental parallel. Just the basic crazy chick thinking she was entitled to something and holding a man prisoner but still. Not remotely complete but that can only be a good thing. The guy suffered enough as it was.
@@OfficialTexan It's very similar to the plot from the novel Misery.
Only that the female antagonist is played by a former beauty queen. So it's the mostly faithfuly Hollywood adaptation of a Steven King film.
Misery...that was a good novel!
What the hell is that womans problem?? Just leave poor anderson alone!
Disgusting how someone could do this to another human being and get away with it!
Those numbers undoubtedly increase somewhat over the following decades of life.
“Tabloid” is my favorite weird documentary.
See this is why we don’t give kidnappers/rapists attention outside of prison time
No you do you. You just do it with baseball bats and their kneecaps
@@danielhanson2417 ah fair point… the Only exception

Wow! I've not heard this story before. Quite amazing. Thanks for the awesome video as always
Ive never heard of this story damn this is so sad.
I love the videos where you go in depth about someone's personal life that had some weird experiences
This deserves its own movie
Madame Mayhem - the Manacled Mormon Mastermind - Makes Malfeasance Most Matronly.
Unfit to stand trial. Once again she got away with a heinous crime.
Can you cover some South African history, there have been a few interesting wars
Like the British inventing the Concentration camp to hold Boers.
You should do a video on the Chappaquiddick incident if you haven't already
I heard of the guy who forged and fabricated Mormon documents, first time hearing of this minx...🤔💯
MMM, Madame Mayhem, how many more titles with M can she have?
Another highly manipulative narcissist. 🎯
Murder Among the Mormons

Yeah there was a documentary about her on Netflix for a while. It was interesting until she spoke. She's a narcissist and it shines through.
And now shes old still clinging to whatever fame she can get. It's really creepy.
Edit: Got to the end and see they spoke about the movie. Lol
The most shocking thing about this story is that she was considered a Beauty Queen. Yikes!
Omg poor guy..
He just wanted to get on with his life.
Not his fault that the woman he got himself tangled up with was an idiotic Crazy piece of human flesh.
"..sounds like the plot of a movie..."
Or a 4 minute clip on PH.
How many times can this woman avoid justice?!?
I'm dating someone with the last name McKinney who's family has lived all their lives in Wyoming and now I'm wondering if they're related to good ol' Joyce here... Hmmmm
Joyce is originally from Kannapolis, NC
Thank you for this video ! 😊💐
From all that to homeless and living in a car.
Between the stalking and the cloning, I get the sense Joyce has trouble letting go.
Poor man! I hope his family and his faith have been there to help him heal from such a traumatic experience.
They are Mormon, his faith condened him for years
Today in 2023, obese Kirk Anderson leads a miserable life, as he was pressured to marry a fat dog-ugly fat Mormon womsn with frizzy hair, when he could've had a beauty who ran for Miss USA. Anderson was messed up sexually from Mormon Bishop Shaming, and had severe guilt from his love and desire for Miss McKinney. The Mormon PR Machine's LIE that he was "raped" destroyed Miss McKinneys life, along with trash like this defamatory video and "comments" by ignorant morons who know NOTHING of her TRUE story. So shut the F___ up!
The Case Of The Manacled Mormon sounds like an episode title for a crime drama.
It is a crime and there is drama. So I guess it is a crime drama.
Her life stories motto: Fabricate and accuse till you make it.
Weird history indeed. Thanks for your content.
So if a man kidnaps a woman he gets hit with every charge in the book.
but if a woman kidnaps a man she gets publicized positively and they practically throw Fame and money at her...

Actually, she isn't "crazy" as you slander her in saying. She was working on her PhD at age twenty, and her IQ is in the 160 range...How do YOU measure up to HER?

I knew Joyce McKinney after this, when she was living in Charlotte NC. She was quite a character.

I'd never heard of this case. So I'm going to Google it now! Thanks, WH! ❤
There's a documentary called "Tabloid" by Errol Morris about this subject.
Just watched Tabloid, great film
I'm guessing that she was the inspiration (at least the name part) for Joyce Kinney on Family Guy.
Also: unfit for trial or no; she should most definitely be placed under supervision of some sort. I mean... she keeps committing crimes, AND she did KILL A GUY afterall.
That headline: 3 days of fun.... Disrespectful to the victim who I'm guessing didn't find it fun.
It’s was so weird to hear that she had won Miss Wyo lol. I thought I knew her name😂 usually our little state is totally irrelevant to history.

Sick. Sick. Sick. A classic travesty of justice.
They seriously need to make a movie about this crazy woman!
mental health issues do not excuse what she did but there is something hella wrong with this woman and the fact that she continues to be let free to cause more trouble is awful
She was obviously faking her mental health issues to escape jail time

She should’ve served jail time
