Ingredients:
2 eggs
sugar 100g (1/2 cup)
natural yogurt 150g (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
vegetable oil 100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon)
flour 200g (1 2/3 cups)
baking powder 14g (1 tablespoon)
pinch of salt
walnuts 40g (1/3 cup)
jam 6 - 8 teaspoons (I used blackcurrant jam, but you can use any other flavor)
cake tin 22 cm
bake at 180C (350F) for 35 minutes
