3 eggs
pinch of salt
sugar 120g (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
milk 100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon)
melted butter 150g
flour 200g (1 1/3 cups)
baking powder 14g (1 tablespoon)
chocolate 100g
hot milk 50ml (4 tablespoons)
cake tin 22cm
bake at 180C (350F) for 40-45 minutes
