I really love your work, I ordered the 30amp PCB, can you tell me what could be change to get maximum current and what is the maximum solar panel wattage for this board with its standard componets.
Theoretically, the maxximum wattage doesn't exist, you can add infinity ammount of solar pannels to the input but when you draw more than the fuse is rated at, it will blow. I ordered 800W buck converter, sorry two 800W i ordered because in Slovakia those MPPT solar charge controllers cost nearly 100€ for 24V 10A. I need just a few hundreds watts because i haven't bought another solar panel yet but i'm decided to buy exactly 4 of them to power my house. So two pannels together parrallel for the first buck converter and another two for the second one, panel is 310W so the total maximu is theoretically 620W but never achieve that so lets say 550W. Buck converter will be charging battery with CC-CV 24V and hopefully, it will provide more than 15A when the output voltage is too low

Change your cables to 35 mm2 Cu for + and -, change breakers / fuses to 160 - 200 A PN00 - PN1, change connections to handle 200 A. 40 A is o toy. A test it for 16 - 48 hours at 200 A.. Then post thermalcam video.

POwerful is something like 200 A at 150 V IN and 12 - 72 V OUT. Preferably multiphase.

You should opt for another topology, a flyback for exemple will be suitable for you case

tuyệt vời, nhà tui có 3 tấm 400 chạy hòa lưới khi có nắng ko mây đạt 1.1kw, nhưng áp 3 tấm là 120 đến 130v, làm bộ của ông không biết gắn vô có sao ko?
1200W PV đạt 1100W ông còn mong gì nữa chời
