Nice build. The only thing I would add is a glass wall around the fire. Not only for safety, but also for accidental spilling of drinks.

Excellent job! Definitely waterproof it, especially the top, even though it is under cover. Glass drinks and such could leave water stains. I think I'll build one after I finish up the gazebo.
