Just a beautifully shot video. Here in the cold regions of Maine, USA, it provided a nice, relaxing break and captures the essence of playing a round with a friend. Also, some nice insights into some new products. Thanks.
Your editing/post production work is amazing. It's such a joy to watch your video and not only see some golf but also pick up some nice lessons and see the stunning views! You are quickly becoming one of the best in delivering fantastic content!
Lew's hat reminds me of Granny's tea cosy. Golf course is a real beauty, particularly when Harlech castle is in the background. I definitely need a golf trip to N Wales later in the year
Love the banter and information given in this video, the small snippets of instruction are elements we average golfers can all try. More of this, great video thanks for your efforts. ( instruction I'd like to see. Different types of shots round the green, and when to use them ).
Format good, aerial shots delightful. Coaching a tricky one as we all different - course management thoughts as in you and Lewis and maybe different ways to play a ball from just off the green. RSD a fine course 👍
Playing Royal St David’s today so I thought I’d watch this video. My wife getting into photography and she was thinking about walking round with me and bringing her camera. The cinematography on this video is really gorgeous,. Been watching you content for ages and really enjoy the formats. Keep up the good work.
Like the format, course looks cracking, have just bought a cbx version 1 on eBay on the back of your earlier review , paid 40quid ( so haven’t lost a lot) nearly new just waiting for the post and straight down the range
Really like this format of video. I think the quick take up of the SIM driver is down to the M5 being pretty unstable and very unforgiving on bad strikes. It appears the SIM is much better in this regard and so for pros who like the TaylorMade sound/feel upgrading is a no-brainer.
Andy, your channel keeps getting better. Lewis definitely knows his stuff. I use CBX2 wedges, 54* and 60* and they are the best I've ever used in terms of forgiveness, I can't see going back to a bladed wedge. Surprised to hear a pro at Conwy uses them, that's a strong statement. I spied some Gen3s in the bag there as well that you didn't mention :) Are we getting a video upcoming on those?
Like the format too. Good to have little bits of tips on how to play certain shots from Lewis. Doesn't need to be full instruction, but just- this shot, try doing this, because it'll do such a thing 👍
I enjoy your videos but the added instructional content was nice, I tend to stay to high on my wedges and have been battling the thin rockets or chunking it and leaving myself 5 yards ahead of where I started😯😫.
👍thumbs up for the format and I like the idea of the on-course lessons (but pls keep it nice and simple) and I love my CBX1 wedges they are so easy to hit it's almost like cheating! But 👎thumbs down for the bacon sarnie, it's 9pm on Sunday night (waiting for the Super Bowl to start) and all I can think of is having a Bacon bloody butty, damn you! lol
You have talked about how great the cbx wedges are for ages and a pro having them in the bag. I have just seen that Graham Mcdowell has them in his bag! That says a huge amount.
Oh mate, I played Royal St David's a few years back. It was absolutely brutal! 🙈 Think I shot about 30 over par. If you missed a fairway you weren't finding your ball. Must have been set up for a comp?
@@TheAverageGolfer but it was 13 over my hcap at time. I agree though, probably toughest track I've played. Or it was at the time. I'd love to go back and play it again. Maybe this year!
I'm enjoying the format and the banter Andy but coaching is SO specific to each individual that, while it might be entertaining, will probably not be particularly valuable to viewers. And seeing Lee win again was fantastic. Just another example that you don't need to be a young-un to play at the elite level. Golf - a game for the ages, eh? Oh, nice course BTW - not too many courses around the world where you can stand on the tee (16th I think?) and look down the fairway at a castle :)
Yeah I really liked this format. I'm surprised, I thought you would be playing a mavrik driver. By the way, my wife said " don't talk with your mouth full Andy " lol. Women?

Liked the format! It was just like us! Couple of mates out playing, having a bit of a laugh and talking “golf stuff” now & again!
Thats how we wanted it to come across, so perfect!
Really enjoy course vlogs with Lew and chat....
Loved the format. Its why I watch. Maybe the best vid you have ever done.
Yup this format is class. Really enjoyed this

Agree with that

Glad you enjoyed and thxs for the feedback Jeremy

Yes like that Brian
Liked the format and like the idea of finding nuggets of info to do follow up vids. I’m interested in the backswing width idea
Thxs for feedback
Like the format. Just two lads out on a golf outing. A little banter, a little instructive advise, a lot of fun.
Thats how we wanted it to be, so great

Great to watch

Like this format!
Great format. I usually won’t click on a 25min video. This was awesome.
Thxs Ricahrd
The cinematography in this was fantastic and the camera work was good as well. As for the cap game I think anything on both of those heads is a win.
Thxs Rob
Got to agree, watching this on the big screen spectacular.
Great vid as always. I like to see a course management lesson. You saying what you would do and Lou saying what you should do/consider.
Great idea
Great video!
Perfect video Andy, couple of mates having a knock. Hiraeth !

I enjoyed the banter and I think some instruction is helpful.

Lovely vid, nice banter.

I like your vlogs with Louis you can tell your good friends on and off the course. It's was a great format you should do it more often
I cant stand him......its forced for camera😂
Lovely scenery, good video!
Thxs Paul
Great video guys, love the look of the new cbx full face. Be nice to see you try them on the course. I have a cbx 50 and 54 wedge
Might do a full review
Great informative vlog, course looks fabulous too
Thxs Graham
Winter golf, eh ? Love the tuque ! Unfortunately our winter golf here in Calgary is a bit harsher ... keep up the good work TAG
If you ever go back to harlech there is the best ever coffee/tea room in the world right next to the castle.
Love the format of this. Great job guys!
Thxs Todd
I enjoyed that Andy. Really like the on course review format with Lewis.
Nice visuals 👍
Thanks
Nice one, it works well! Just been fitted by Lew for a set of CP19's, would like to see some short game coaching from you both.
The CP19's are superb irons enjoy Mike
Good format, good conversation, nice camera work, lovely scenery, nice occasional b-roll.
Thank you Frank

I have done some full reviews of the GEN03s

Yeah a few tips always goes down well
Will try to do more
Nice video Andy looks gorgeous there.
It was a beautiful day
Lewis is back !!!brilliant 👍👍👍

I wonder what the inhabitants of that castle would have thought, centuries ago, looking down the hill at golfers below?
Are those peasants all mad?
Would also like to you include course name and country in the "description" .
Its on the intro?

Yes I think the coaching comment is valid. You can see the Castle at every point on the course
Agreed? His hat game is pretty ordinary.
I think thats flattering
More coaching
OK
Yeah I really liked this format. I'm surprised, I thought you would be playing a mavrik driver. By the way, my wife said " don't talk with your mouth full Andy " lol. Women?
She is right and please apologise on my behalf
