@@stevenchavez7214 That is cool. I didn't know who they were that year. The show was very new and unpolished at that time. It only ran about a year or so. We saw it on two trips. The second version was better. I am so glad you liked the video. I kept those HI8 tapes and the camera safe for 23 years, and just got around to moving them from tape to digital. huh, is this the live on-stage show that those commercials advertised on the VHS Tape or was this something else? Thank you so much showing this piece of Goosebumps history I always wanted to go see this as a kid but sadly when I asked my parents they broke it to me that it happened a year after i was born & that they probaly don't do it anymore which made me sad & blew my mind on how old the show/tapes were.

I was in my 40’s then. lol They kept trying to refine it and it just never developed into a full Disney level show. There was also a mirror maze next to the show where after the show the monsters went into and hid to scare you as you walked through.
omg i remember my sister got picked to participate in this. When they put her in the box and I heard the screaming, I thought it was real and she died!!! 😂😂 I specifically remember they gave her and the other kid a Haunted Mask to wear during the show too. Between this and Alien Encounters I got the living hell scared out of me at Disney!
Disney doesn't like people sitting on the ground for some reason. I am not sure why. Perhaps people get stepped on or mad when someone stands in front of them. I have also seem people open umbrella at Fantasmic and the cast members go crazy telling them to close them. I don't understand that one either.

No, this something different that the 'Goosebumps: Live on Stage' show. That was a play that toured the country.
