I am kinda in between D1 and M5 on Ball (no, I never swap off) and I can say right now the whole "playing Hammond is a work of art" sentiment goes way further than one might think. And to that I also would like to add that I don't think any hero is affected by tilt as badly as Ball. When you play Ball tilted you provide negative value, imo more so than any other hero. You have to be in a clean headspace to play him.
I felt that I've improved quite a lot in those 10 hours, yet to master the ball and hit gm with it it will take me hundreds of hours due to complexity of the character and the need of correct dive comp to play around
