Why did you keep 22 inc width as constant throughout. And there is no reduction in width required when it reduces from 1000 to 500cfm?

Dude you made a mistake, calculated total diffuser out put CFM is 6000 CFM main duct size is wrong.
actually yeah. it suppose to be 6000 cfm
no its 4000 cfm each diffuser will take 500 cfm
