Gooner here… wishing Xhaka good luck. He had a couple of terrible seasons with us, and then Arteta changed his position on the pitch and we finally got to see his best side: head up, looking for incisive passes, and a crack-shot. Was sad to see him leave us, he felt like our captain on the pitch, always a pleasure to see him smile when we scored.
Terrible because the coach making him defensive midfielder, while everybody knows he is playing more upfront for Swiss.
Well is now part of an invincible side. Definite step up for xhaka in terms of caliber of team mates

I think what is the main reason for Leverkusen's success is the great chemistry between Alonso and the players and great trust they have towards each other.
He's a great tactician too, but you can sense the great vibe in the squad all the time.

I still say that Hofmann is the bottleneck of the team; he always plays and shoots without using his brain, like the one-on-one chance in the first half; you're right-footed and yet you chose to shoot it on the inverted angle of your foot from such a near distance?
