man I think it's been like. over a year and a half since i published the call for this, WHAT a wild ride it has been. I personally had a TIME with the credits, the version that made it into this vid was about my fourth go at it, Ill probably post a separate vid with all the versions later! anyway the finished map turned out so wonderfully, Im so so happy to see it complete and thank you all for your patience and thank you to the artists for all your hard work. everyone did so amazing, please go give them some love!
on a side note, I know some of the playlist videos have been lost to the sands of time, if youre one of the participants and have a fresh upload you want me to add to the playlist (or an old one I missed lol), please just let me know!

When Tigerstar realized he had essentially killed his best friend that hit hard
I never really took notice about Whitestorm and Tigerstar's relationship together until after rereading the books(includijg Bluestar's Proph) and I gotta say that this map hit me hard when he saw Tigerstar die. Whitestorm and Tigerstar grew up in the nursery, only like a moon apart in age and trained as apprentices together. I understand how Whitestorm would've felt, and even worse was when he had betrayed ThunderClan by attempting to kill what was closest to a mother that he had ever had. Not only that, but right after Tigerstar tried to kill him and the rest of his clan with dogs. I like how this map shows what Whitestorm goes through throughout his life and his time with Tigerstar. Also I like how they called Whitestorm an elder but not Tigerstar even though Tigerstar is older.
But this goes to show that I love Whitestorm alot more than before.

Another part about Tigerstar and Whitestorm was that they were so close in life and slowly drifted apart the most blood thirsty and power hungry Tigerstar got. He became more like Whitestorm's father and that seem to destroy their old friendship.
Good things that was pointed out was they both lost a parent when they were kits while the other parent acted too spoiled or too cruel.
It's sad how they both died only 3 or 5 days apart from each other. I'm happy he died fighting for what was right and being able to say goodbye to his kits and mate

The ending almost darn startled me I- the way it ended was unique and all the creators worked so amazingly on the map and it flowed together so Well! It's certainly on my "replay warrior map" playlist, and deserves so much recognition 💕

I wish the books had touched more on their relationship. They grew up together, much like Firestar and Graystripe. That’s not something that can be easily forgotten. Whitestorm was so calm through everything that happened that any of his troubles really didn’t matter much. It’s too sad.

OH GOD, the wait for this MAP was absolutely worth it!! Everyone did such a great job and the ending was so unexpected sfjkfdfs I love it!?! The MAP shows the friendship they both shared and all the emotions they gone through so well. And I really like the transition edits you added!

I really think it wasnt intentional because in the Moonkitti video that scene happened after Tigerstar already died; plus its much, much likelier that it was just in the script for the camera to zoom into Scourge on that line.

I think its impossible for them to run up to each other. Tigerstar was in the dark forest and whitestorm in starclan, they couldn't go to each other. Which is why it's so much sadder.

The ending was full of more meaning that can be put into words. Two friends, one in hell and one in heaven. It’s even worse to be able to see them but not being able to be friends. I basically cried at the end. Just so moving.

I have to say that this map gives me a whole new perspective on whitstorm and tigerstars relationship. It made me see how pained whitestorm was when tigerstar was killed and made me respect his character along with tigerstars alot more.

Everybody's parts used the color palette SO WELL and I just love the storyline you made with Tigerstar and Whitestorm!! It's such a good MAP and I'm so glad I got to be a part for it

I love how they both look old and aged by the end,,, they were both senior warriors after all and have been through a lot...
Ngl i wasn't expecting very much from this map but bruh that ending really was amazing, it stands out a lot more than others so def putting it in my fav maps
That one part at the end where white storm and tigerstar are looking at each other honestly makes me so sad. You can see the regret in tigerstar for what he did, and whitestorm looks almost scared, but you can still see the sympathy he feels for tigerstar.

WOW I was so hyped for this map and everybody’s talents really are amazing. The tweeting of the characters and the editing is so snappy. Each scene flowed really well because of this, the design are absolutely EXQUISITE (my personal favourite is goldenflower) . The colour palette is SO DELICIOUS. I’m a big fan of maps that do something unique with the music (like “stopping” the video to add their own scenes) it’s really cool.
I love how this map almost relates them as a love relationship, lovely.

Why did I wait so long go watch this?? This is one of the best warriors maps ive seen, everyone Is so talented. The concept is great, the color palette+designs are AMAZING, and no joke I swear my heart stopped at the same time as Whitestorm's. The choice for the credits music felt super fitting too, though thats an odd detail to take note of. I give my props to everyone who contributed to this project!
The connection between them both. They both lost someone they loved. They both were forced to live with those conditions. Both around the same age. Both were in thunderclan, two toms.
But it’s sad how Tigerclaw wanted revenge and power. And whitestorm wanted peace and to enjoy life.

Ngl I expected Tigerstar to smile deviously at the credits when he opened his eyes but the fact that he gave Whitestorm that sad expression just broke my heart! This and Tourne dans le vide made me have actual sympathy with Tiger, the worst cat in the series, and it just makes the final product even more incredible.
This makes me really happy, I always wished ppl focused on their dynamic more (including the Erins).
I think their characters have a lot of unexplored potential
Edit: Also I like the idea/au that they were a “thing” or Whitestorm likes him, I never thought of that
I could see that. Especially considering that neither on them really ever acknowledged their mates. {I think Whitestorm had a mate?} The Tigerstar Sasha thing could have been Tigerstar trying to get over Whitestorm? Just some thoughts for that idea.

For those who don't know...
The reason the colours are a bit "weird" Is just the style of color for the map. these amazing animators were just following the script like anyone would (and should) do. It adds more "Flavor" to the map (as I like to say) and instead of normal red blood, you get green or blue blood. as red is a warm colour but green & blue are cool. it makes a map like this one of a kind.
So, stop asking why the colours are weird.
I love how in the books Tigerstar and Whitestorm were born a few days apart and died a few days apart (also I love the designs, all of them were amazing)

The colours pallete is abselutly fantastic, and i enjoyed every second of this
Everyone did such a great job, the art is incredible, and the movements, there’s so much action, and it’s all planned and put so well together

Listen why did BlueStar make TigerClaw deputy after LionHeart died? WhiteStorm was right there and a much better warrior.
He seemed left out to me. The thing I like about Whitestorm the most is that he didn't care if he would become deputy or not, his goal was to be loyal and to serve the clan. At least he got to be deputy before he died. 🥺

It hit really hard that it just ended right at the climax of the song. Like I still feel the tension.
This MAP didn't get as much love as it deserved. Nobody appreciates Whitestorm's and Tigerstar's broken friendship. I really love this MAP, it's so amazing!

I can't put it into words how beautiful the map was.
The animators put the souls into their characters, and the song flowed to smoothly with it.
The ending had touched me like the ending of a game. 'I wish it wasn't over' - 'Yes, replaying it won't hurt.'

Adding onto what I would like to say (in a form of what isn't an edit.)
The ending was amazing as well, as we do not expect sadness out of our evil Tiger'Star. But realizing the relationship between my favorite arc 1 warrior and my most hated darkspawn, I couldn't help but be touched even more.
AMAZING! THE ENDING WAS STUNNING! When I heard Gooey start to play, I was SHOOK! Absolutely gorgeous! My thanks to all of the animators, and of course, the map creator, Mudshadow. Keep up the great work.
I never truly understood the deep connection that Whitestorm and Tigerstar share until now
this map puts me in SHOCK. I had never considered Whitestorm and Tigerstar's relationship like, at all. and THAT ENDING bro it feels like the end of a good video game; it leaves me wanting more but is also SO satisfying. this map>>>>
I loved the ending, it was so soothing, I love the birds chirping and the piano started to play
God the ending was gorgeous. I wish we saw more of TigerStar and WhiteStorms relationship, they were such close friends as apprentices but we never saw that translated into the first series(At least I'm sure we didn't, its been awhile since I read those)
