I replaced my ww boots almost instantly. I leveled hard af and got through celest, zf, and some of avalon. I hit 76 and crafted the avalon boots. The block on those help soooooo much
Empowerment came in SUPER clutch - I definitely recommend training it if you plan on soloing waterworks even if you have a mastery!
