I am really doing this! On the laptop. But every time I say (ese) Siri, awakes on my iPad and laptop and ask me a question, or plays a song.Frustrating, I'll just have to turn those functions off. I hope you have patience, this series is it gonna take me a while. I'm happy to have a good teacher like you.
I guess it really depends where you’re from! My dad is a native Spanish speaker (in Texas) and he pronounces things differently. Instead of yo being pronounced with a j, he says yo with a y.
I remember learning ella being pronounced with a “y” sound instead of a “j” sound. More like “eya” than “eja”. Does it vary by location? Why might this be?
You can chose to pronounce LL as an english J, as an english SH (in Argentina and Uruguay) or as LY (the original pronunciation and the one I reccomend).
I like the color scheme. Is this how the new videos look in all 5 levels of spanish? So doesn't anyone know? Does anyone from Fluenz come through and answer questions as part of PR / Sales?

Hi there! No they are not, the video background in the tutorials is still black which is more pleasing to look at for longer periods than white.
Can someone please clarify if Ella is pronounced as Eyya or Ejja? I have heard different pronunciations on other videos.
