Pirates make enticing offer for one-of-a-kind Paul Skenes baseball card

Someone could open a pack of Topps Chrome baseball cards and find a one-of-one signed Paul Skenes card. The Pittsburgh Pirates have made an offer to the collector who pulls the rare card, including two season tickets behind home plate for 30 years and a spring training experience with a Skenes meet-and-greet, autographed jerseys and batting practice. Collectors at Baseball Card Castle in Cranberry Township were hoping to find a lucky pack.
