Yo please get a flight board! As a big dude you have been inspired me to try skating out and have been thinking about getting the flight deck since it seems like it would hold up but it is expensive for a newcomer/not sure if it'll break under me.
Yooooo dog also vx Santa Cruz boards hold up nice too I have one and defo a newbie here but it’s held up mad well with a carbon fiber layer I think similar to flight boards, might be comparable if they a better price in some places
If you ever wanted to try out the shapes of the flight decks for really cheap, all minilogo decks are the same exact shapes at the flight decks and the regular wood powell decks. And i say that cause the flight decks shapes and the santa cruz shapes are very very different. Powell shapes are very mellow and the santa cruz decks are much steeper. I think powell shapes are some if the best mellow decks out there.

the flight deck doesnt break, but unfortunately it's a bit more flexible and a lil thinner than the average deck. bends too easily in my opinion, and gets razor tail super fast if u drag ur tail
