Psychedelics can absolutely inspire oneself. They can bring total shift in paradigm, perspective, and relationship to life, but Zen/meditation is the life-long practice, it's the long-term upholding of what you learn on psychedelics. Experiencing enlightenment is easy, walking the path is a lifetime, it's practice, moment by moment. Just my experience.
Wow. Noaha you are such a amazing rightous human being. Read your book several times I am also from a skateboarding punk rock background was fourunate enough to grow up in Boston so saw all the great Boston hc like the fus Jerry's kids slapshot gangreen etc etc. Such a intense space in time. I'm now 58 and live in Denver which kind of sucks but u have no place to grow and my daughter is all grown up. This might sound cheesy but I think u may if saved my life? I tryed being a Christian and I think I still am tho a poor excuse for one and I find a lot of Christians totally hypocritical. I'm really drawn to the dharma thing can u point me in a direction in the Denver area? Love you brother. Adam

Great stuff went down. Appreciate you Noah Levine
Man, we are all just trying to figure it out. I don’t practice mediation but this made me want to start. I got way too much anger. 😂
