  • A Bug-Out Bag (BOB) or 'I'm Never Coming Home' Bag is a portable kit that contains essential items to help you survive and sustain yourself for a period during an emergency or evacuation. The idea is to have a pre-packed bag ready to go at a moment's notice in case you need to leave your home quickly.
The idea is to customize the Bug-Out Bag based on your specific needs, location, and potential scenarios. It's essentially a preparedness kit designed to provide you with the essentials for survival and comfort during unexpected situations, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or other emergencies that might require you to leave your home quickly and be self-sufficient. Don't just survive; thrive in the face of the unexpected!

The brands of the gear I use-some I mention-are purchased not directly from the original store but from a reseller. Also I am not affiliated with any of those brands.

    Nice kit. Thank you.
Perhaps for an INCH bag it is worth adding documents and a USB drive with all personal documents and reference material.

Thanks! I store them separately in a Faraday case, but it's a good idea for others to include essential documents in the bag!

you could add a bunch of freeze-dried meals they contain 0 water so they are very light and in a pinch if your stove runs out of gas you'd still be able to add just water to the meals and it'd be ready to eat no cooking needed

I have some freeze-dried meals in my food pack, mostly for breakfast. If I only have those, then I need to bring a lot of water to rehydrate every meal I've got. With the MRE, as it's stated, it's a meal ready to eat, even if it's not warm. Unlike freeze-dried food, where most items need to be steamed or reach a point of warmth to be rehydrated properly.
