@@chef-kiss yes, since 2019 all of them hear the metronome over their in ears. Its usually a stereofile in which the left (or right) channel is the metronome and the other one are the backing tracks. The metronome is send to their monitor guy next to the stage, while the backing tracks going to the mixer and sound engineer in front of the stage.
