- We took off from the desert sand washes and headed up the Owyhee Mountains. Had a bit of mud and snow along the way with some impressive views. Ride along as we head towards Tiddy Springs.

Nice videos! I ride out in the owyhees (above Hemingway, Murphy area, silver City) None of my friends have a utv yet so we pile in my rzr 4, but riding solo into the hills gets sketchy in an 8 year old machine lol ...so I play it pretty safe. Maybe I will see you guys out there 👍👍, stay safe!

I’m looking at the Rzr Xp non turbo or the x3. I do more mountain trail riding in Colorado had the rzr trail model 50” little to tippy for me want the wider unit.
Just confused which one Rzr Xp or rage can am x3.
Seems to me like the can am is set up more for racing? But I do love the lower cage
Rzr 1000 seems like old reliable
Your thoughts
I wouldn't recommend the XP 1000 - the XP Turbo has better cooling, bigger brakes, beefier driveline, larger axles, better clutch design, and obviously a turbo with a lot more HP. I don't know what your budget is but I'd pick the Turbo over the 1000 everyday of the week.
If you're comparing the XP1000 / XP Turbo to the X3 Base model it's basically user preference. They're both good machines. Go test drive or at least sit in each. I prefer the RZR for cargo capacity and site lines over the X3. The X3 feels like sitting in a sports car where a RZR has more of a "jeep" feeling. Just my opinion.
As far as pricing goes - the XP1000 will be a bit cheaper, but the better parts on the Turbo more than make up for the price difference. I believe (don't quote me) the X3 is right about or maybe slightly more expensive than the XP Turbo. The market right now is nuts with plants shut down earlier this year due to the virus crap - but the 2021's should be out here in the next few months. Could possibly get a good deal on a left over 2020 but with everyone having low inventory who knows.
Either one will be a night and day difference over your 50", both in power and ride quality.
Can you tell me where you parked? I get tired of riding "Hemingway Butte".

I split them more often than you think, this ones just more obvious 😉 Need more turbo S content for an intro but messing around with different ideas is fun.
McCurdy Outdoors for sure. Need another drone style. I was thinking drive over camera then have drone go from road level to overhead and follow you. Maybe keeping up with you also along the side of you while your driving.
@@stephenbeale9520 I'll have the same days off as my drone guy starting in April 👍 But it's more about getting the right shots than actual riding unfortunately.
McCurdy Outdoors video is about good shots? Naw, it can’t be. You see some of these guys out there that have shots that look like they just put the camera in the mud and say “cut, off to UA-cam.”
@@stephenbeale9520 For intros that is. Carving a turn, jumping, scenic background, drone shots, high speed, etc...mainly shots with someone outside of the rzr that grabs people's attention
