  • Mango Crepe - My Childhood Favorite!
    Crepe Batter
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 eggyolks
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 tbsp Arla butter, Melted
    extra clarified Arla butter
    Sweetened Cream
    1 pack Nestle cream
    1/4 cup Powdered sugar
    2 pc mangoes
    2 tbsp Peanuts, Roasted and chopped
    Ganache
    1/2 cup Beryl's chocolate chips
    1/2 cup Nestle cream

    1 Mix together all ingredients for the crepe. Let it stand for 30 min.
    2 Brush pan with a little butter and make the crepes, set aside.
    3 For the Cream, Whip the Cold Nestle Cream with the powdered sugar until stiff
    4 Assemble the crepe.
    5 Top with Ganache and Peanuts
    6 Ganache: melt together cream and chocolate chips over double boiler
