Great that your titled it day in my life. In my situation, it was more day in my death as I almost ended up in the graveyard at UChicago (I was bullied, tried to end up my life, and my delighted institution covered it up to a point no outcome is possible except that I end up my life)…
@ Thanks for asking not at all: still seriously struggling with mental health and broke as hell (I didn’t make it to graduation), and I’m unable to study and work, thanks to the UoC…
Hello! I recently got admitted into UChicago with a full ride! Ive been watching your videos and have loved your content, however i do have a question regarding the dorms! Im not sure which dorms to chose as an incoming freshman. As of now my top choices are north and max p. I really love the way south is set up however im not sure how far it would be to commute to classes as an incoming neuroscience major. If you can find the time to aid my curiosity that would be greatly appreciated!
@@memaacc This year there were two essays both roughly about 500 words about yourself, but of course those prompts are the hardest to answer. Theres a whole bunch of short answers ranging from 200-300 words to one sentence. I cant remember exactly how many there were, probably around 9-12. Then theres a financial aid page that you fill out based on your parents income. Ummm theres a coursework page as well as a requirement for letters of rec. if you get to the finalist stage they will ask you to rank up to 15 universities from a select pool of ≈40 partnership universities and that in itself requires an application made to that specific school. Not as lengthy as the common app, depending the school you choose to apply. However they do require their own essays and short answers separate from the questbridge application. Think of the university application as a supplemental and the questbridge application as its version of the common app. I would say the questbridge app took me around 2 months to complete. After i was chosen for the finalist stage in November i was given three weeks to complete individual apps to the schools i ranked (which were 8) this took me almost all three weeks but I didn’t rank all 15 schools. Some people had it real hard because they themselves ranked 15 schools but did not manage their time so make sure not to make that mistake. Feel free to comment more questions!~~
I really appreciate videos like these. I recently got admitted ED to the University of Chicago and I'm so excited!☺️ I still can't believe it 🙏

@@leylacampos2162 Hi! May I ask how does your application process goes? From the stats, extracurriculars, to your essays?

I don’t think incoming freshmen can pick their dorms anymore
Please do videoes daily if possible🙂🙃
Hey, thanks for sharing this video, it is lovely :))
good job
Its so nice to seen ur video Thank you
I definitely do not have grades similar to yours but UChicago is always sending me mail and emails. Does that mean they are interested in me?
nah man, it's just promotion
It's a marketing ploy from schools. The more they get to apply, the more they can reject and keep their AR super low. N
just spam, they send it to the masses
Are your classes hard?
