  • Let's learn a fun way to beat the Caro-Kann! In this video I teach you how to handle the Caro-Kann Defense, using the aggressive (but relaxing!) Two Knights Attack. The video is aimed a beginners and improving players, but there should be something for even more experienced chess enthusiasts. In the video I cover the trap lines as well as the main line.

    Amazing video. The amount of time you put into the video is clearly seen. One small thing, the little theme/chime that plays at the beginning of each chapter is, well, not very ASMR-like, at least to me. I think it would be much better if you played a quieter or slower sound, maybe even some time of asmr trigger like capturing a piece (that maybe has to do with the next chapter) or tapping the board. The current sound just seems a bit out of place. Other than that i loved the editing in this video and I'm looking forward to the next chess computer video ❤

      stop playing the caro it ruined my life my games became so dry and boring its the same thing everytime just targetting the d4 pawn with the nf5 manuever c5 bg4 etc. ive had enough, its too dry and stale i hate it. maybe it works well at lower levels but its a bad habit to olay and e4 e5 is much better and stronger, played more at the grandmaster level, and produces exciting games.

      @dusk5121 9 місяців тому

      @geographynonsensical5003 i beg to differ. I'm 1850 so hardly a beginner and I win the majority of my games in this opening.
      E4 e5 is boring to me because it has so much theory and with black you feel White's initiative much more.
      The Caro is wonderful for a player like me who loves playing positionally and solidly and not looking for speculative attacks.
