well done Alistair.... any idea for a video about the training behind the BGR and/or your equipment? honestly I'm very curious about the second aspect, you don't look very fancy or expensive stuffs.

Well done, I'm just trying to gain as much info as I can about a the round. If you don’t mine, why do you stop your watch at check points?

I’m guessing he’s marking “laps” manually (rather than stopping the waych) to mark the exact time at each summit
