As a mage user I love the CC effect on his passive. It will greatly save you from assassins who can jump over the frontline. But I do think it's too OP. I think movement speed reduction and cc once in every time they go inside the aura. So they can be cc for another time if they went out and go back in the aura. Regarding his skills, the mechanics are all okay for me. You can't just CC enemies by casting one skill. Damage is linear so it wont affect a big crowd, so I think it's not that OP. I like the transcendence passive where you can keep the bonuses by hitting enemy heroes only. I am looking forward for this hero.
Maybe they could make it so that whenever he reaches transcendence, The aura would activate. To make it more balanced, they could make it so that an enemy can only be rooted once in the duration.

Yeah, even if the passive have no cd the enemy can still hit you because it's only immobilize not stun. The aura stack isn't increase much faster unless you get really close to him and many melee fighters can hit him because their range aren't really close

Theres no need to nerf the cd of his skill, 15-20 secs will land him at the bottom of the use rate tgt with faramis. He's not a red flag for assassins and fighters esp to those with long ranges like freya and unli dash like benedetta. Its only an immobilize, which gives a ton of possibilities to counterattack. And mind you the duration of the cc is just about 0.5-1sec, its not like odette's where its inescapable.

I think they should bring back his old passive but with a twist. Instead of the aura activating when a n enemy is near, it activates when his transcendence bar is full. Basically when his skills get enhanced, he also gets that aura. I think to balance it out, they'd have to change the aura's function to different one instead of getting immobilized if you stay for 1sec. I think an increased range for his skill 1 and 2 when his bar is full is also pretty good. Probably a faster ultimate can also do well. If all these changes are met, he could probably be an incredibly op mage.
I think Jujutsu Kaisen collab skins will be possible because of this new hero. He is basically Gojo Satoru in JJK who is OP. Xavier's passive is literally curse power of Gojo who can manipulate time around him. He's ultimate reminds me of Gojo's one powerful attack to Hanami. Beside Xavier, we have now also Yin and Melissa. Yin will be a perfect character for Yuuji Itadori. He's Ultimate will change him to Sukuna. Melissa is a good representation for Nobara. Nobara's weapons are needles and straw for her curse power "resonate". If MLBB will release another new hero I think it will be a good character for Megumi who is a shaman that can summons demon creatures. That's all and thank you for reading😅😅😅
His skills are really conformed to Gojo Satoru. Xavier's passive is similar to the Infinity ability of Gojo. Anything that approaches him with malicious intent will be slowed and will never reach him. While the SS reminds me of Gojo's hollow purple technique that we've seen on the anime.
Either this or make the range possibly smaller. He can't afford to have less cc or longer cd for it since multiple heroes have tons of dashes, like benedetta, lancelot, or even natalia with her combo. The range just needs to be decreased so that ranged heroes like marksmen will have better chance of countering him
Extra info: skill 1 and 3 can reveal enemies hit in the bush. 2nd skill can reveal all enemies inside a bush. His passive still works when frozen with frozen truncheon. You can do skill 1 then skill 2 at max distance for fast immobilize like selena arrow then trap.
FYI, his ultimate can trigger the transcendent passive at once (no need to wait for 3 stacks). But when you have 3 stacks already, the range of ultimate will get bigger

First of, his CC is way too powerful. His immobilize capability is far beyond norm. It should have a limitation such as if the enemy used a blink skill or something like that. Secondly, his first skill is too powerful when i saw this video (i don't know if that damage is a damage that is raw from the skill and not receive any passive from item), and thirdly, i think his second skill is way to short. 5 second is reasonable to me, but 3 is too short. His ultimate is somewhat mediocore for me though...
maybe give the passive 5-6s cooldown for the same heroes? that way he can immobilized multiple enemy comsecutively but have some delay to recast it to the same heroes

Everytime i see Elgin's vids it motivates me to play ml but sadly my wifi connection can't download the resources So im playing without knowing what are enemy's heroes or what skill is being casted And sometimes win like no joke
I feel like the devs are trying to make an Invoker counterpart. His ult is like sunstrike where you have yo predict where the running enemy is. This hero also has ice wall like skill and his passive is kind of like ghost walk. Looks cool though.

I thank you for this video, and i think xavier is a good hero too. But i think his passive is not necessary, moontoon can remove his passive cause he can immobilize ennemies with his skills. Or adjust his passive like slow ennemie but dont stop them, he is like a mega odette. Please think about my idea
I think the skills are fine except for his passive which immobilizes multiple enemies. It can be useful but I'm afraid I cannot use him because people will most likely ban him for a long time.
I feel like he could take on a support/mage role like Nana except he feels more of a supoort rather than a mage. When he comes out he'd probably be first picked and/or banned everywhere

they should give a CD to his passive skill. its too OP. give it at least 4-6s CD every time it triggers. that's just a free interrupt skill esp for melee heroes that can do most of their combo in close fights.
Another Tip you need to remember: NEVER try go enter Forbidden Field because just as soon you enter it...you will get immobilized like the rest of you're teams who get trapped in there in the first place Don't be stupid n go inside it (like me)
yeah. At this point, they're not even trying to hide the collab xD. Fushiguro Megumi is my fave character, I hope he gets included as well but I don't know which hero's skillset suits him. At closest, I can just think of PnK, Cecilion (too farfetch though), and Zhask. xD

so a CD for that op af passive or maybe only one enemy can be affected at a time and I fully support on making him a support/mage instead and to do that I say that they should nerf his dmg to the ground and increase that movement buff and grant a revealing effect on anything hit by his ulti. Also increase HP growth
Passive Will probably get nerfed to be immobilized once only within x number of seconds. (Both from 2nd skill and passive). And probably limit the number of opponents he can immobilize

Opinion: Xavier would be better in a pos5 role for it slows down the enemies and should take that as an advantage. Better to have sustainability and defense item for he could come closer to the enemies and to be able to use his passive skill.
The way it works it seems so. But still it has some difference but better. 1. Doesn't give vision 2. Doesn't deal damage to objectives 3. Doesn't deal damage to more than 3 enemies ... Skips 3 enemies after hitting 3 enemies or maybe there's something wrong with those bots 4. The range is so wide
they can adjust his passive to immobilze effect, maybe they can make it effect enemy heroes once and has a cooldown of 8 secs so enemies will have a chance to escape the circle
His passive is strong but remember he is not a tank so it is better to kill him rather than escape from his field. I think his passive is just a protection from the assassins
His utility are decent but his passive are disguisting, i think lowering passive area and immobilize for 0,50s cc are enough to balance his performance

Low cd items and Slow probably.... Like enchanted book and Ice cream wand. This hero seems more like a support And his play style Radiants Estes for some reason
Being Damage/Gaurd Mage type if his old passive was still there it could be accurate Defensive Mage or Gaurd Type Mage for his role. But must apply his 2 passive if they added just buff for him 1 is his old passive 2 the stacks for his subsequent skills or spam skills if they returned it as one 1 buff but it has 2 effects at the same time defensive buff with cc effects when they neared to him at his range and powerful cooldown reduction.

His passive is fine, easily countered by ranged characters, it would definitely give a diverse Player base knowing he exists. There are way too many OP melee characters who just consistently ambush then attack for more than 5 seconds. For a while my only counter to that was zhasks ulti and preserving myself inside his summon
even if the passive can immobilize, at least it cant silence, but it can still be used for skill interruption, so i guess they should give it a smaller AOE, 1st skill, they should limit the distance of skill, because it might be too op or annoying in certain cases, 2nd skill has no problems, and the ult should also not be that long, it could make escaping harder, and kill steals easier
Tank Roam Xavier to help proc Passive without fear of getting oneshot. Might be helpful with teamfights or help gold MM, xp Fighter, or Jungler to snowball

they should give a CD to his passive skill. its too OP. give it at least 4-6s CD every time it triggers. that's just a free interrupt skill esp for melee heroes that can do most of their combo in close fights.
or make the passive only work on 1 enemy and priorities ranged hero
or make the stacks required longer the more it proc to same enemy in a short duration

The only red-haired child it could be is Lesley. Lesley, afaik, is the only character in Mobile Legends lore who's family was assassinated where she ended up being put up for adoption, and adopted by Harleys family.

@@TheMelon1 well, the collab was planned long ago but was cancelled because of there isn't that much heroes that fits the abilities of the quartet(Gojo, Yuuji, Nobara, and Megumi) in JJK
so a CD for that op af passive or maybe only one enemy can be affected at a time and I fully support on making him a support/mage instead and to do that I say that they should nerf his dmg to the ground and increase that movement buff and grant a revealing effect on anything hit by his ulti. Also increase HP growth
Passive Will probably get nerfed to be immobilized once only within x number of seconds. (Both from 2nd skill and passive). And probably limit the number of opponents he can immobilize

Opinion: Xavier would be better in a pos5 role for it slows down the enemies and should take that as an advantage. Better to have sustainability and defense item for he could come closer to the enemies and to be able to use his passive skill.

His Ult is like Moskov but with layla's beam instead of a spear
The way it works it seems so.
But still it has some difference but better.
1. Doesn't give vision
2. Doesn't deal damage to objectives
3. Doesn't deal damage to more than 3 enemies
... Skips 3 enemies after hitting 3 enemies or maybe there's something wrong with those bots
4. The range is so wide

they can adjust his passive to immobilze effect, maybe they can make it effect enemy heroes once and has a cooldown of 8 secs so enemies will have a chance to escape the circle
His passive is strong but remember he is not a tank so it is better to kill him rather than escape from his field. I think his passive is just a protection from the assassins

His utility are decent but his passive are disguisting, i think lowering passive area and immobilize for 0,50s cc are enough to balance his performance

I play Valentina, she really can be op, in tough team compositions, but it really depends on that...i played today against her (i was belerick tho) and she fed a lot bcs she really didnt have any useful ult but mine to use...i think i will be good with Xavier tho bcs Vale is one of mages i main, and his skills are pretty similar

Being Damage/Gaurd Mage type if his old passive was still there it could be accurate Defensive Mage or Gaurd Type Mage for his role.
But must apply his 2 passive if they added just buff for him 1 is his old passive 2 the stacks for his subsequent skills or spam skills if they returned it as one 1 buff but it has 2 effects at the same time defensive buff with cc effects when they neared to him at his range and powerful cooldown reduction.
So basically this is Estes but has more damage
I hope they change his name. He shared the same name with a guy who ghosted me when I was in college. Not only that, "my" Xavier was once loyal to the church as well. He was a seminarian before he went to law school.
His passive is fine, easily countered by ranged characters, it would definitely give a diverse Player base knowing he exists. There are way too many OP melee characters who just consistently ambush then attack for more than 5 seconds. For a while my only counter to that was zhasks ulti and preserving myself inside his summon

his 2nd skill is just like invoker ice skill in dota 2
even if the passive can immobilize, at least it cant silence, but it can still be used for skill interruption, so i guess they should give it a smaller AOE, 1st skill, they should limit the distance of skill, because it might be too op or annoying in certain cases, 2nd skill has no problems, and the ult should also not be that long, it could make escaping harder, and kill steals easier
They’re probably going to decrease his passive range and increase the time it takes to get the stun activated but keeping his slow active at the same
Tank Roam Xavier to help proc Passive without fear of getting oneshot. Might be helpful with teamfights or help gold MM, xp Fighter, or Jungler to snowball
I think if an enemy hero is that close in the first place the new mage will die quick.. not sure tho..depends on the hero I guess..
