Valentina can confuse the enemies wirh her ulti appearance so she makes enemies think that the original hero ulti is on CD, especially when she copies enemy Aldous or Jonhson while her team has those original heroes on her side too. This only applies to Classic Mode though. I picked her yesterday and my team has Valentina, Aldous, Jonhson and Odette while enemies picked these 4 heroes too. I got confused when seeing same heroes and ultimates again and again 😅😂
For me, Valentina isn't that op. She is strong early to mid game but kinda falls off the late game especially when there are agile heroes in the enemy. I guess what created the talks about her being overpowered is that she can copy ultimates. But her first and second skill is just alright and balanced. I can say these because her first and second skill kinda makes her a "melee mage" where you still have to close the gap between you and your enemy to deal damage and proc terrify. Overall, she's really an amazing hero. I just hope Moonton enhanced some of her effects like when she transforms into an enemy and/or when she returns back to her og form. Also, I hope they'll fix the notification picture. They should put her face there instead of the copied enemy.
Talk about her passives when her level is higher than the enemy she gets high lifesteal but you can only get little xp on the other hand if she has lower level her lifesteal is quite low but can get huge xp and if they have the same level lifesteal can only depends on magic power but the problem is her cooldown of her ultimate got nerf so valentina will be be forced to use magic items that has cooldown reduction I really don't know why they say she's op she has no chance anymore at Late game and other heroes that specialized can kill her easy

(Or have my teammates feed to nullify my ability to level constantly :v) And her short-ranged abilities dont help. Cuz she's still a mage (squishy). Even building one tank item will make her survivability drops (not enough dmg dealt to heal from her passive)

The js transfer bug is actually useful for saving your teammate when js is far from them, and when the hyper was transferred valentina can go back to the battlefield to join the pew pew while the real js drive that teammate back to the base ( the teammate can just hop off and the real js can go back on the battlefield )
