yes this was the same for me, my first exposure to anxiety was such a positive one because of the way Zoe explained it and that it was normal am so excited for them and they will make amazing parents!!

Same here I remember her video from 8 years ago on panic attacks and anxiety and it helped me so much to come to terms with things I was feeling and helped me prepare for the future

It makes me want to cry seeing how much Alfie loves you. You can see it in the way he looks at you how much he loves you now and how much more he’s continuously falling in love with you because you’re now going to be the mother of his baby. 😍😭

i can’t believe that after growing up watching these two for the past 10 years, Zoe and I are pregnant at the same time, just one month apart (i’m due August) i’m so happy for you both, you’re going to be amazing parents, baby is one lucky girl ❤️

I would highly suggest watching James and Carys! They're in Wales and have been in lock down while being pregnant. They're amazing to watch and I love watching their life and pregnancy journey!
I think you'd find them very soothing to watch. They also include home renovation and other things but a lot of pregnancy stuff!
