My advice for u....get small scale and measuring cups and spoons for adequate measurement

You need to get digital scale and measuring cups and spoons
Flour 3.5kg
Sugar 820g
Butter 525g

Nutmeg 1tsp
Cinnamon 1tsp

Liquid milk 3½cups
Flavor 4tsp
