I’m joining Rising Leaders in an effort to increase my ability to work within the organization and to better the education for students in Palm Beach County. I hope to gain a better understanding of the qualities and skills to be an effective leader. Rising Leaders is going to help me achieve these goals by teaching me new strategies and techniques I can use in the workplace with my co-workers.
