We make these with Pickerel/Pike! We grind the meat/bones and mix the exact way you both did. It is an incredible way to make use of otherwise what is a practically inedible fish. Minus behind the ass lol

If you guy ever get the chance , mix the sweet chili sauce , with a genuine Japanese soy sauce . I use San-j tamiri brewed soy sauce at a 50/50 mix . I promise you will not be disappointed.

I thought it seemed simple enough. Egg roll wrap, coleslaw mix, chunked/seasoned fish, cheese if u want it(seems weird for an egg roll but w/e), fold/wrap it, wetting the last bit of the wrap w water so it sticks, toss in hot oil and fry until golden brown

Ha that’s funny. I shoulda known. Last video in Milwaukee I commented about setting hook so hard sending fish 30,000 feet above clouds. I was gonna add come up to Green Bay and I’ll show ya how to send a white tip into orbit. Came a bit early! The next couple of weeks the big mamas will be running up.
