I’ve never summoned on a ultra banner so on part 3 I’m going all out
I mean the ultra banners are always sparking guarantee
like i said if it guarentees that 20%->0.2% then it can drop the ULTRA at least ONCE every $250.

I only have 3 ultras summoned but I summon more then 50k cc on all of them combined (I’m a f2p player)
They need to fix the drop rate. It's actually crazy
