I realized my curiosity is dead .when I ask questions to teachers teacher bolte the ye exam me nhi aayega or imp nhi Hai. Dhire dhire questions puchhana hi band hua . Sirf marks ke liye padhana not good approach
Same. I took pcmb in 11th when I was interested in arts. I was aware that I knew no basics but I didn't wanted to disappoint my parents wanting me to pursue something in medical. I knew very less than my peers. We need to even pay extra (private tutions) for asking simplest of simple question these days.

I am a early age maths teacher and i can relate your point of understanding approach is different for every child.
And attention is more than attendance.
So , this is helpful as a teacher to become more better and more closer to students so they can understand life with the help of education and just fulfill the purpose of education that is to " one having possibility mindset" .

The biggest tragedy is that in 12 years of schooling not even once are we taught some of the most basic things such as how to deal with a health emergency like a heart attack, or a car accident, etc.
Iam now 67. I was very irregular in my school attendance except when I reached SSC when my Principal took interest in me to teach after school hours. During past years, without graduation and without applying, I managed to get 3 jobs of my liking and retired successfuly. Advice of good understanding parents, neighbour-hood elders, mentors & good reading habit (ToI & library) since age of five was enough for me in the name of education. Just two years back, I joined Mumbai University IDOL, started studying & did my graduation & then post graduation also.

@@h9comps943 After post-graduation, I wanted to do PhD. But the topic I chose for my thesis & research required law knowledge. So decided to learn & complete law first.
1. Application based learning
2. Asking questions
3. Attention>Attendance
Even after giving my 12th boards , i have to again and again revise , practise the concepts of 11th and 12th for jee . And this gives a lot of pain, but now i understood why it gives pain becoz this is how real life works! What we learned in school was totally different! after accepting this truth things are getting simpler now !!

3 things that education system should consider :-
1.Keep learning same things again & @gain untill some level of expertise derived not time bound learning
2. There is not only answer for a question and asking questions is better than giving answer.
3. Attention > Attendance
Mental presence is more important than physical presence.

After studying hard for 10 to 12 hrs every day, after topping every class. Now I am nowhere. Those people who were not very good in schools, in real life they are more successful than me. In field of business, fame, socialy, in earning money,those student are doing far better than me in real life. In schools I was hero, in real life I am zero.
Schools and colleges are just a business of people who were not good at schools.
All politician, bearocrats, artists, youtubers, businessman. Most of these people were not very good students in schools. They enjoyed too much in schools now also in real life enjoying. We studied hard struggled now also struggling.
Creativity is very important thing which is not tought in school. Requires much in real life.
Education system for masses exist for one and only one purpose to pop out hardworking, obiendient, taughtless slave workers.
This is exactly how I always feel ....... I have always scored good marks but after few months or so most of the things I studied rather mugged are washed away from my brain 😂😅
I wanna just say that.. Plz bring our legendary *Gurukul System* back.. the most successful education system in the world..

PS: Now whatever Ankur Warikoo said, that's very hard to implement but not impossible. Cause our education system changed 100 years ago (at least & Maybe).

Cause our mentality and mind have changed as our invaders want.
The best example of this happens when I was in school, There is a person who comes into our school with his team and he has its organization. He had a project called "चार भिंतींच्या पलीकडचे शिक्षण" (The Education beyond 4 Walls).
And that project was really wonderful I have no words for that. In that project, they used to teach us practical things. Like personality building, how to introduce yourself, small farming of vegetables etc., selling those vegetables, s*x education, like this so many things they were teaching us.
But from the start, school teachers and school didn't support them. People used to saying what will happen with this kind of activity? what is the use of it? It's useless and finally, because of a lack of support from schools and people (parents) they close the project.

in my college 75% attendance is compulsory but I would hardly have 5% attendance because I don't like the environment there almost every student is dead from inside instead I do my studies at home and learn coding too but my attendance in gym will probably be greater than 95% cause there everyone is pushing their limits together.

Exam aur evalution sahi se nhi hota sahab.. exact aur correct likha to bhi marks nhi dete the.. main karib se dekha hai.. kitna bhi sahi likho evaluator ka dimaag aur checking dil se kare to mark milenge varna aaone wife ya bacho ka gussa apne upper nikalega. Zindagi me muskil bohut hai, bewkhuf log hum judge karte hai aur number dete hai.. hum kitne bhi better aur best ho koi kisi ko koi farak nhi padta hai.. teachers bhi amir garib aur inteligent, or back bencher each partiality karte hai.

What I have noticed is that The Most Valuable videos are not reaching people much , even if News Medias don't cover them .Is that how UA-cam algorithm works ? Even if the Govt. also not getting that point . Is it what , from which they are getting profit ?Many of the videos on Social Media platform have been uploaded , but how the Govt. not getting that .
I am a student of 12th class , in extreme pressure thinks to do those things by which I can suicide , which is better than those stuffs .I'm interested in many other arts and educations but as I haven't experienced it before left of what I have choose was wrong . Not joking but I have multiple talents Like singing , dancing , looking good of my personality , having a great sense of humour , mouth and whistle beatbox ,voice artist etc. Not joking I really sings like I have auto tune in my larinx .

I have an argument against you
Suppose you have a knife. Knife is not bad thing until you use it in a bad way. Like that education system or exam is not bad thing. But the bad thing is we are not using it properly. We do not try to apply thing we have learn in books. I am a business student. There is a subject called Business Management. If I read that book just for pass the exam I will learn nothing from it. Instead if I try to learn something to apply in my real life I will definitely able learn something. "observation is the greatest teacher for all individuals" ~ me. In you video you suggest we should go foreign to try there education. But if there education is better then your's then why most successful man are dropout. You put that in your script just for promoting you sponsor. I am not blaming you. The Indian education system has its own pros and cons but it depends how a student studying takes it..
One of the advantages I feel is that Indian students become street smart to a lot of extent. You have to constantly look out for solutions to a problem which are either the mischieves you have done or the work you have not completed. Example, when you're in trouble you have to very diplomatically speak or have to handle the situation in such a way that you aren't the one being scolded. And I feel that skills such as being good at socializing, diplomacy, multi-tasking, handling stress are some of the ones which help you succeed in the real world.
But of course there are a lot of gaps in our education system like- no diversity, no teachings of real world skills, not keeping up with modern technology etc etc.
But, you have to beat the education system and have to put efforts on your own to fit into the real world.
Example for me it is to read a lot of non-fic books, get financially educated, coding, doing the stock market etc etc. but while maintaining decent grades. So I think that even this problem has its silver lining that it teaches me how to multi-task and manage stress.
I feel that every problem has a brighter side to it and to be a successful person you have to take a path which is different from what most people choose.

When britishers ruling india they knew about two things very clearly culture and future for which they had strategies but not for a good aim, as are been recognized as "bharat bhagya vidhata" in national anthem. They were very opposite to good means purely evil as indian society and it's culture suffered alot since independence and is facing now also. So I have talked about culture and future so I will mention it given below : -
1. Britishers were totally aware of indian culture as it not new things since all the countries already engaged in lot of business from india so britishers know that they can do something out of nothing so to let indians within something as they won't able to achieve new or create out of nothing as hence country will not do anything new and want indians to be in revised curriculum by implementing exams so it can show their talent..
2. Now about future as britishers considers indian old advance knowledge as waste so they have implemented their knowledge in india to show them european supremacy over india and is been quoted by Thomas Babington Macaulay..
When students totally get frustrated by repeating exams and repeating topics so they just get bored and other thing which makes them more anger and frustrated is indian parents, school pattern and work schedule so thier talent got hidden in that and thus therefore of no use and start to find jobs...
As they go to foreign for which foreigners are again responsible specially Europeans as they have already good ally usa who collects indian students funds and thus supports economy and military to them and thier friend countries also..

INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM just kiils the curiosity of students , and students they are more focused on giving the exams and get the percentage rather then the things they have gained through studying even the syllabus we are never told what to do when a fire broke in house , what to do during some accidents such as gas leaking , diseases like heart attack , what precautions to take .........never just that ratafication process , marks lao , society me respect pao and then baad me nokri krke bandwa majdoor bnn jaoo, kbhi hme khud ka startups ya company banane ka idea nhi diya gya ki hm khudka ek umpire khara kre and dusro ko bhi employment provide kre uske jariye , jo sikhaya jata h wo h naukri , bs ek acchi govt job ya private firm me job mil jaye , ye parents , society , teachers sb ka h , and jobs bhi bs selective jese medical ya engerring ya govt jobs bs yhin khtm........aur saare jobs ka koi scope hi nhi , koi respect hi nhi hai utna.........i hate this system so much......ye INDIA ki potential ko khtm kr rha h......
