Y’all are legitimate sailors. I love watching cruising videos but too many people just felt on engines. Y’all actually sail. I’ll come swab the deck and clean just for a week onboard! lol. Always a joy and relaxing time to view your videos. Peace
Every video you make i say is your best yet until your next one...lol...i envy you two so much...thanks again for sharing your life's journey with us 😊
@@smokeitup4202 you’re so sweet! I know you were waiting for the underwater, actually was thinking about you when creating these past couple of vids…hoping you would like them 😊
Hi,Beau and brandy , yes, I believe there’s a lot of people sitting at the desk looking at screensavers thinking what the hell am I doing here this is nonsense wasting my life. I used to travel a lot when I was younger and when I was 58 years old, I had a major truck accident and lost my right leg above the knee that has slowed me right down, it is so hard to travel on planes etc etc when you’re in the wheelchair anyway life goes on still enjoying life to the max Cliff from Australia
I love your solar panels, that method is s ballsie, and unique. The only improvement might be a trough attached to the bottom of each to catch rain water. Or maybe you have that already.
we have contemplated that for sure. just haven't got around to implementing it. but if we tilt them a good about of rain does run off of them into the cockpit floor where we place a tarp and collect water.
This film was filled with poetic notes of visual delights and sounds that calmed the day. Inspirational as always. It’s the simple that confounds what appears so complex. I’m so grateful for the work you put into sharing these moments with us
I have watched you all for many years and but this video is absolutely beautiful especially the narration of the underwater exploration. The narration, choice of music and the beauty of the underwater world was magical. Also the narration teaching portion was a wealth of knowledge, educating newbies to the beauty and life of the ocean - thank you for sharing. As a lifelong scuba instructor I tip my snorkel (hat) to you. THANK YOU! you made my day!
Thank you for taking us along on your last dive in the Exhume Islands. Your soothing commentary as to what you were seeing made me feel like I was right there experiencing in all the splendor that Mother Nature has to offer. 🥰
You might want to try some Sailkote lube on the mail slugs. It seems pretty dry when Bo was trying to lift the main. I used to use it, and it helped a lot. Once a month during the season, I would spray the slugs and as much of the track that I could reach right before raising the main. It will also really help when you get your roller furler, there is a lot of friction on those slugs.
I have to get the topping lift line back to its pulley as it yeeted itself awhile back. Bosun Beau is turning brown. Unsand that anchor sailor. I use dishsoap on stubborn hanks and stays. You guys are great, looking like vikings but still the beautiful people. ❤️ You inspire.
Watching these videos makes me really look forward to my turn. I'm hoping to be out there this coming season, I'll keep my eyes peeled for you guys. lol
Wow, what a beautiful relaxing video it went by so fast I had to watch it again, I am still smiling. Thank you for taking us along on your adventure. As always stay safe but have fun. ⛵🇺🇸
Brandy, I think you found your calling for a second career: private snorkel and scuba dives! I think you've really found your cinematic calling. And you have a hot side kick 😁
Never saw much use for drones, but after seeing another channel sending theirs up to find their way out of the Mexican desert they got lost in (driving off road), & seeing it used to scan the water for bommies, hmmm-could be a dang handy bit of kit!
After all these years you know I appreciate your channel. That said, why do you insist on sheeting the Genoa before you hoist it? Have you considered slacking the sheets BEFORE you hoist the halyard? Let it flap freely in the breeze as you tighten the halyard. So much less work and so much less wear & tear on the rig and the sail. Try it, you’ll like it.
Hey you guyyyyyssssss Haven't seen episode yet, but are you guys still in Bahamas?? We just did Debby at a dock at fort Myers Beach. Itching to get to Bahamas hopefully before November Love you guys!!!
Hi Beau and Brandy. I've been an avid subscriber of your great channel since the very beginning. Partly because of your example, I'm about to head out for a couple years of Caribbean cruising - I retired 6 months ago and the boat is ready - untying the lines in 3 weeks!! I plan to post some videos - can you please tell me what GoPro accessories I will need to get me started? Also, what editing program do you use? (I have a MacBook) Thanks!
You're right Brandy, you're not looking at the screen saver, you're in the screen saver.
Your underwater footage on this one is very entertaining and beautiful.
Thank you very much L!

Brandy, i truly appreciate your narration and music in your video tours of what is underwater when you guys are anchored. Jim Rodgers
Great videography. Artfully composed sequence of beautiful images. Fantastic aerial and water footage. A pleasure to look at.
Thank you so very much! It sure is easier when you’ve got this magical place to film 😍
Great calm Footage. Espacially at end
Honestly was our favorite to date!
Miss you guys!! Hopefully we end up in another country, in a dirty yard, with no water under us... at some point... That sounds wonderful!

What an absolutely beautiful video!! I just love the ocean too and alllll it's inhabitants. Thank you for sharing ✌️💜
Can we just live there already?!?
OMG, That water looks so gorgeous I just want to dive in but I keep hitting my head on the glass. 🤣
LOL,
Agreed!😂 Ours here in eastern NC is usually *almost* as pretty, but after all the tropical rain, it’s poop brown ugly!

That Loggerhead was huge. Beautiful coral.
He was huge. We tried to get a video of us with him to show how big he really was, but couldn’t 😛

So have you heard from your friends in Grenada ? I heard their only hospital was blown away during Hurricane Beryl !
Yes. It’s been quite the road of recovery.

We’ve used it in the past. Just had ran out of it and didn’t replenish before the Bahamas 😬

Is that a ding in the bow just above water level ? @2:50 mark on this video.
Yup. She kiss the dock not too long ago.
Thank you for the beautiful adventures.
Love your vids! Thanks for sharing!
You are so welcome! 😎
Great video. Love the drone shots, they have inspired to me to start looking to buy one for myself.
They do help show that perspective, how tiny we are in that big blue ocean!

Beautiful video, especially under water!
Thank you for the wonderful "aquarium" shots. It was great to come along for your sailing. All the Love, All the Power

Do you think the snap shackle connecting your bridle to the chain is strong enough for a storm?
It held in the 80knot micro squall that we had earlier in the Bahamas. So we are pretty happy with it.
I'd like to know what the WLL is for that particular stainless snap shackle is? I think you will be surprised.
Eu quero ver
