- I like to set up a small subset of my collection and host Retro Game Nights for the enjoyment of my friends. Check out my most recent game night setup, with a quick walk-through, complete with a look at the little touches of detail I add to make it extra fun!
The systems:
Tandy 4825 SX

Super NES Classic
NES Classic

i watch your videos more to see your house than the computers lol. all that wood panneling is great.
This is awesome Chris! It is wonderful that you not only share your love of retrocomputing with friends and family hosting game nights, but thanks so much for taking the time to make content on your channel sharing your passion for retro computing with the community. I have learned a lot by watching your videos and it has helped me, and saved me a ton of time by following your examples in my restoration of TRS-80's. I appreciate it!
Thanks for the wonderful comment! It’s always nice hear that people actually learn something from my various Tandy ramblings. 😁 It’s good to know my love of these machines comes through in my videos. They really are something special and I still have to pinch myself at times when I look at the collection I’ve amassed over the years. Thanks again for watching!
What a great setup! I do a retro computer / game console meet up once a month with friends for the same reasons as you, eat, drink and be merry!
It’s a big hit with my non-tech friends. They seem to have the most fun with these machines.
What a lovely comment to read. Enjoy boys enjoy

Really cool idea, nice retro tech! Just subscribed and im looking forward to checking out the rest of your content.
Glad you liked it. Welcome, and I hope you like my channel! I do a lot of different things here. That’s part of the fun in my mind.
I am definitely looking forward to more on the VIS, I don't really recall it, but I probably saw this in Radio Shack back then and never gave it a second thought as I was not a fan of any of those CD-ROM Multimedia style systems. But for some reason, thirty years later, I want to know all about it!
I'm planning to cover it later this year, hopefully after my SepTANDY Network celebration is finished. There are a lot of bad titles for it, but also a few gems. It has a special place Tandy's history, which is one of the things that interests me most about it. Thanks for watching!
Very interesting stuff. This video is deserving of more views! May just need to spice up the thumbnail a bit to convince more people to click and give it a try.
Thanks! It was an impromptu video, but it probably could use some dressing up. I’ll have to see if I can make a juicer thumbnail.
