Nilagyan ko po ng tubig yung tray sa loob ng oven at isinalang ko po yung sponge cake sa 150 degrees Celsius for 35 - 40 minutes. Nag-toothpick check po ako para masigurado kung luto na. Ganun po yung procedure na ginawa ko😃

Since walang masyadong instructions about steaming, nag-fail yung first attempt ko sa cake. 😂 So sa mga magta-try, cover niyo po muna ng foil before steaming, or lagyan ng tela yung steamer bago takpan. Make sure din po na you steam in low heat lang. 25-30mins waiting time or until wala nang didikit sa toothpick. Good luck! 😊

Yes dear you can double this recipe, check the cake after 30 minutes then test it with a toothpick every 10 minutes until cooked through. :)

Hey love, you don't have to. It's not necessary, you can sprinkle grated cheese on top for garnishing. :) Hope that helps :)
You need to do the meringue part. It's the step that makes the bread fluffy so you really need to have a mixer.
