I am actually allergic to mica, which is in the charlotte tilbury flawless filter. Reactions can cause raised bumps that are itchy. The elf halo glow does not have mica in it….so maybe that’s the cause of your reaction with the flawless filter.

They looked the same in the end. The C. T. enhanced texture & it's expensive, sssooo...😐
I feel like the CT looks like makeup a couple hours into the day. Whereas elf blurred and had glow. I do wonder if the elf luminous putty would do the same thing; like I wonder if they made the putty formula into a liquid and added pigment.
That’s so weird that the CT did that to your skin before powder. Very concerning. $44 to react to shady ingredients in a “luxury” product
