Thank you for being brave and honest, as beautiful as the Dior products are and definitely addictive, I have to be careful and save up and then buy a larger haul together as that is the only way to get the free gifts in the UK, so I can only imagine the pressure you put yourself under to buy for the channel. Have you thought about doing comparison videos? Many luxury youtubers do them inbetween haul videos. I found it interesting in what you said about the lip balm. I don't buy outside of Dior, as I don't know where to start. So for me a comparison video of equivalent beauty products across the brands you already have, would really help me.And it would mean you can use one purchase across multiple videos? (Just don't buy more! Just compare the ones you have!) In addition, I am allergic to fragrance, I didn't know the Dior handcream was unscented, so now I know I can buy it ( I have never even considered before.) I just love finding out things like that, and is more useful to me than on another haul. I can't buy off your website as the cost/customs to the UK is so much, so I became a member to support the channel as I do love your videos so I hope you don't mind the suggestion.

I’d also love to buy from your website but in Australia so shipping is likely an issue. Lastly, based on UA-cam channels with purely Dior unboxing videos and 100-200 subscribers max, you hit that niche well before others who won’t benefit like you given the saturated market. My sons are 13 now 18 and 26 and let me know everyday just how odd they think I am (but in a very joking loving way). My recent Irish accent was not well received by my youngest but my son fighting cancer is likely to laugh at an American accent, but with an obligatory heavy eye roll, and “ok then”. I agree about the Promo Codes. I have recently tried almost all of them when I had $250-$300 worth of items in my account. The only ones that worked were the lower end ones that they had emailed me. I "chatted" online and the employee had to manually add a couple that I wanted. So, IDK how people can get them off social media and use them without actually being emailed the codes available for your personal account.

Not sure how you're obtaining all the codes, but that's why they need to be individually entered into a customer's account if they don't work. Because they've expired for the original customers they were meant for.

I appreciate your transparency. By not using my platinum, I learned that it moved it down to Gold for me and made me eligible for all the Gold-level gifts again. I'm also upset at Dior's treatment of Bella Hadid over her Palestine posts so I'm looking forward to trying more Huda beauty.
The Dior reward program is just weird. I signed in and ordered my second order which should have bumped me up to the next level and well I wasn't recognized as a reward member??? Just ordered my third order and now I need another $25 to bump up... I agree it's a game and it's not worth playing. Their site for such a well known brand isn't very strong either, I get a lot of pages unavailable, and tried to do the rewards bonus questions and that wasn't available either.
It's crazy that happened to you, too. I let one of my accounts fall back to pearl and it did the same exact thing. I placed two small orders to hit the silver tier and it didn't register the 2nd order. I, too had to place a 3rd order to hit the silver level. I really thought it was just a glitch on my account. Now, it seems like they're doing it on purpose. 🤔Yes, the lucky charms hardly ever work and it becomes more of a hassle to participate. They could definitely do better.
Oh no!!!! When I spoke with customer service, they told me that it depends on the stock left at your closest warehouse. I was afraid to order the platinum gift for the same reason. Luckily, the new platinum gift was delivered. I thought for sure that I'd get the brush set again, too.
I compleately understand, compleately, i have now hit platinum on my 4th account. I baught the entire prestige lumiere line that cost upwards of 1k. Im now due 2 silver, 2 gold and 2 platnum gifts. BUT! I told myself this has to stop. The rewards are so addictive. But i recodnise this has to stop. Its like a shameful secret that i only know about. 😢

Hi there 😊 Yes, you are correct. The tiered gifts are free from Dior. However, each level has a certain amount of purchases, plus a certain dollar amount that has to be spent to earn the free gifts. I have 3 accounts, and each account has reached platinum twice in a year. That's a minimum of $18,000 just on Dior beauty products to unbox on my channel. It's so embarrassing, and I can't believe I let it get so out of control. 🥺
I agree with you about the coupon codes. It shouldn’t be so difficult or time consuming and should be more transparent; for $200 purchase, you get xxx free, for $250 you get xxx + x, etc…. I say nothing and have no judgement about your spending. I just bought that butterfly packaged Sakura fragrance and I love it! Not only is the perfume package and box decorated in the butterfly print, but I got a beautiful butterfly draw-string pouch, one of those CD “pillows,” a denim bag, 2 different Miss Dior miniatures, a mini lip addict, and a trial spray of J’Adore. So, yes, I understand how you feel, as do all of your viewers. I am subscribed and I like all of your videos. How much is the monthly membership? Ty for all your hard work and for being so genuine!!😊
