As much as I understood you probably used public transportation to the starting point, did you start at Rosenlaui hotel?
I started at the bus station „Gschwandtenmad“. From there you have the most beautiful view 🤗

Does a bus go near the location? To find the place what location do I put in google maps?
You have to search vor Gschwandtenmad on Google Maps. This is also the name of the bus station 😊
If you travel by car, is this place near a public parking lot? Is it a short walk from the parking lot? Taking my mom with me and I want to be sure it's an easy walk/hike for her. We just want to see the iconic river and small bridge with the mountain as backdrop shown in your video. Thank you!!!
Yes there is a parking place in front of the bridge. Just search for „Gschwandtenmad“ on the GPS 😊

It is located in the Bernese Oberland near Meiringen 😊
Will they stop the bus near this spot or do they take us to waterfall?
If you want to visit only the waterfall you have to take the train to Meiringen Alpbach. From there you can take the funicular up to the waterfall

It is the Reichenbachfall funicular :-)
Hello , the duration is 2 hours both direction of single direction
One way is aprox. 2 hours 😊
@@shareawalk sorry to ask again for avoid confusion the journey you covered is from Gschwandtenmaad --> Schwarzwaldalp OR further? As a first time traveler on this june I am a little confused hence kind of trying to gather as much details as possible with a sense of direction
@anusasayantan3893 I did the hike downhill from Gschwandtenmaad to the Reichenbach falls 😊 you can also walk down from Schwarzwaldalp to Gschwandtenmaad, I will do this hike this summer
