Tabhlighi Jamaat is completely wrong. Zakir Naik or any other muslim who follows the Quran and Sahi Hadith will never support Tabhlighi Jammat. Their book Fazail e Amal is completely a fabricated book in which there are many mistakes.
We don't live in time of Muhammad SAW. We all do not see with our own eye how our beloved messenger solat, wudu etc. We want to follow exactly how Muhammad SAW did. These scholars make easy for us. May Allah bless all Muslim.
Sir please let me know about Sheik imran Hossain lecture I see his lecture very different from other scholars... And I am confused please help.. please reply..
It was the Sahaba themselves that created 'madhabs' or schools of fiqh according to their understandings. Madhabs / differences of opinion did exist during the sahabas time. 1) after the battle of ahzab/khandaq, the Prophet ﷺ told the sahaba (raa) to march to Quraiza and to read asr salah there. But during their travel, maghrib time was getting close so some sahaba were of the OPINION/FIQH/MADHAB to read asr there rather than make it late. The other sahabas FIQH/MADHAB/UNDERSTANDING was to do as the Prophet ﷺ said even if asr gets delayed. One saying/text, yet two understandings of it. Two fiqhs. And the Prophet ﷺ said that both groups were correct - i.e both fiqhi opinions /madhabs were correct. 2) two sahabis were traveling and there was no water for wudhu so they did tayammum & prayed salah. Later they came across some water and there was still plenty of time remaining for the next salah. So 1 sahabi said he will do wudhu with water then repeat his salah while the other sahabis opinion/fiqh/madhab was that he had completed that action correctly so there is no need to repeat it. [ had there been more sahaba, then they may have had even more views/opinions/fiqhi understandings /madhabs] Later on, when they had informed the Prophet ﷺ he told them that the one who did not repeat the salah had the correct opinion/ fiqh while the other one got extra reward for more good actions! Sahaba (raa) did taqlid of Prophet (saw). And some Sahaba did taqlid of other Sahaba who knew more sunnah. Tabieen (AbuHanifah) did taqlid of Sahaba such as ibn Masud & Ali (raa) etc. Taba-tabieen (Malik, Shafi'i, Ahmed) did taqlid of the tabieen. All 4 madhabs were completed in the time of taba-tabieen. [ the Sunnah was spread via these 4 schools of Fiqh] According to the well known hadith, these are the best generations. "Khayrul qurooni qarni - thummal ladhina yaluna hum - thummal ladhina yaluna hum." Therefore, this deen/religion must be taken from the above mentioned best generations. The muhadditheen came AFTER the Sunnah had already been established by the 4 fiqhs /madhabs. The hadith books came AFTER the BEST GENERATIONS had established the 4 schools of ahl as Sunnah. Anybody who takes his deen/religion from hadith books [such as Bukhari/Muslim etc] then he is taking his religion from a generation AFTER the best ones! One can learn knowledge from hadith books but should NOT take amal (actions) from them. Hadiths are NOT the same as Sunnah.
No brother , there was no confusion at the time of prophet look at your first example in which the prophet ordered about praying asr upon reaching the place . Now this was ordered only once by the prophet for a specific task he (SAW) did not intend to change the asr salah time . Now if someone delays it purposely then he is loosing his sawaab
@@freddykambata421 - these few examples illustrate the DIFFERENCES IN UNDERSTANDINGS of the Sahaba & they were CONVINCED that their understanding was the right one. THEY WERE NEVER CONFUSED! These small, slight, differences in the opinions of the Sahaba is the reason for the 4 Schools of Fiqh /Madhabs. You Salafis /ahliHadith sectarians like to exploit these differences to stop Muslims from following the Sunnah & to start following your own modern 'scholars' such as Albani, Uthaymeen, Fawzaan etc.
MashaAllah! 😍 Peace ✌️ 💯 The clarification about #Mazhab (Madhab) by Dr. Jakir Naik, Sir. Whoever, still have confusions about #Mazhab should be clear after listening this lecture, and definitely👌👌👌 #madhab
Very much informative answer by Zakir Naik sahib hope one school of thought who talk some against to him will stop wrong talk about this great scholer . We Muslims should unite and don't keep differences between hearts ❤️.May Allah guide us 🙏 the Right Way Aameen suma aameen
Allah raise the ranks of these beacons of hope and aspiration for Ummah and all our preachers and scholars to be neighbors of best of creation, the companions and Prophet ﷺ and protect them and us all Muslims in both worlds. Ameen
Very well explained, At this moment of time lets suppose our house is burning/ or in danger lets us stand together to save our house instead of fighting over petty issues. I mean importance should be given to pour water on house then to discuss about where to keep furnitures etc at this crucial stage.
Thank you sir for helping us understand the Deen. Sheikh Imran Hosein offers an opinion which helps make life easy for a simple muslim like me. He says the proper methodology of pursuing knowledge of Islam is to always turn first of all to the Quraan. Having gone to the Quraan first then you turn to the Hadith. The Hadith is the second source of knowledge. But when you go to the Hadith you look for those Hadith that are in harmony with the Quraan. Only after that then you go to knowledge that is located outside of the Quraan and Hadith. However, one should reject any hadith or other knowledge that are in conflict with the Quraan as the Quraan should be the ultimate measure of the truth. This idea makes sense to me and it makes understanding of Islam easier.
@@studentofknowledge9116 - Definition of Hadith v definition of Sunnah: It is important to understand these definitions correctly as understood by the scholars of Usul alFiqh over the past 1400 years . Definition of Hadith: - khabar/athar /narrations BEFORE nubuwwat and AFTER. - Categorised as: sahih... dhaeef...maudu.... etc - using Ilm ul rijal..(biographies of the narrators ) to check isnads (chains of narrators) -this is the raw material /data from which the Fuqaha extract the Sunnah. - Hadith must NOT to be followed unless they are proven to be sunnah! And only a mujtahid faqih would know this. - during the period of the Companions & their students, Hadith had short isnads with only 1 or 2 ppl in the chain & therfore recognised as SAHIH/AUTHENTIC. BUT as the isnad got longer in later generations & more ppl appeared in the chain, THE SAME HADITH WOULD NOW BE REGARDED AS WEAK because some of the ppl were unknown. There are further Definitions for Sahih, Daeef, fabricated etc. Definition of Sunnah : - EXCLUDES anything before nubuwwah. - It is the 2nd source of the shariah after Qur'an. - NOT compulsory like 'fard' of Qur'an which tells us the Halal & Haram. - Categorised as: Wajib, Sunnah Mu'akkadah then ghayr Mu'akkadah , Mustahab, Mubah. Etc - Sunnah can never be dhaeef/weak/fabricated. - Earlier Sunnahs may be abrogated by later ones. - It may not even be found in any hadith book but could have been transmitted as an amal. For example - amal of madinah. - It is the established, continuous, persistent, consistent actions of rasulullah salallahu alayhiwasallam as understood by the fuqaha of the best generations which they learned from the tabieen and sahaba radhiallahu anhum ajmaeen. - the actions of the 4 Rashidun Khalifas is also regarded as the Sunnah And this learning from the sahaba was not just from hadith but by practical examples /amal of living with them and watching them and listening to them retell of many events and stories that have never been written down but were known to them. The established Sunnah must be followed because it is the most reliable and has reached us via ijma and the continued practice of the sahaba and tabieen and taba-tabieen EACH GENERATION LEARNING AND COPYING THE PREVIOUS GENERATION. these are the BEST 3 GENERATIONS - the khayrulQuroon .... as rasulullah salallahu alayhiwasallam informed us. The 4 schools of Fiqh/madhabs were established by these Best Generations while the Hadith books such as Bukhari & Muslim were written afterwards
Most Ahle Hadith and Salfi people think that only what they do is 100 percent correct and others are 100 percent wrong this criteria or standard is very dangerous. Sometimes they are munkir Ahadith.
He's changed a lot since the 2000s. He would give this impression during that time. But i believe after expanding his knowledge and exposure to other scholars. He's seeing the bigger picture, the higher objective.
Salaam brother imran. As an ahle hadith we do not say we are 100% right. We say in aqeeda there is no difference because the sahaba differed only on four issues. As for the madhabs and fiqh there are many many differences but the scholars may have come to a certain ruling because of what was available to them in forms of evidence. A later scholar may have come to a different conclusion because he may have more evidence. All the four imams said that if you come across a sahih hadith that contradicts what we have said then discard what we have said and follow the sahih hadith. We respect and love all the scholars who follow the way of the sahaba. And Allah knows best
@@joemayor3681 how are u so sure that all the scholars didn't got proper hadith at their time?....most of them came before imam Bukhari n chances are they got more sahi hadith than imam bukhari himself... who's gonna prove thi point?

WHICH IMAM MUST WE FOLLOW ❓ Followers of imams ( Madhabs) have decided all the four imams ( Madhabs) are correct, but we must ONLY follow ONE 🤦♂ The complete & perfected Islam existed before the arrival of the four great Imams. Allah did NOT instruct us to follow any imam. The Prophet P.B.U.H did NOT instruct us to follow any imam. The imams did NOT instruct us to follow them. All the four great imams said, if you find a hadith which contradicts what we have taught you then REJECT what we taught you ( This proves the target of all the four imams was to direct us to the Quran & Hadith ) A question for all those people who a follow an imam, are you ready to REJECT a Hadith to follow an imam 🤦🏻♂❓
Assalamu 'alaikum, @Dr. Zakir Naik and all bros n sisters., Masha Allah, excellent - detailed answer on the important question posed. At the same time, it would be great if you could clarify / give your opinion on the books in the name of these pious Imams... Apart from difference in opinions in Fiqh, it has also some issues/masalas that CANNOT BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE PIOUS IMAMS... PURPOSEFULLY, I AM NOT DETAILING THE CONTENTS OF THOSE MASAYILS.. PLEASE COMMENT YOUR OPINION ON THAT TOO as nowadays, those who follow madhab... They blindly follow these books written in the names of Imams, which is in fact is against the words of all the respectable imams. eg. Alamgiri

Tabhlighi Jamaat is completely wrong. Zakir Naik or any other muslim who follows the Quran and Sahi Hadith will never support Tabhlighi Jammat. Their book Fazail e Amal is completely a fabricated book in which there are many mistakes.
Jazak ALLAH khair zakir naik sb

@@mdzain1246 what you mean
Love dr zakir naik from Bangladesh.
[ had there been more sahaba, then they may have had even more views/opinions/fiqhi understandings /madhabs]
Later on, when they had informed the Prophet ﷺ he told them that the one who did not repeat the salah had the correct opinion/ fiqh while the other one got extra reward for more good actions!
[ the Sunnah was spread via these 4 schools of Fiqh]
According to the well known hadith, these are the best generations. "Khayrul qurooni qarni - thummal ladhina yaluna hum - thummal ladhina yaluna hum."
Therefore, this deen/religion must be taken from the above mentioned best generations.
Very well explained, brother.
It is well explained

The Best Answer I've heard so far
Very well explained,
At this moment of time lets suppose our house is burning/ or in danger lets us stand together to save our house instead of fighting over petty issues.
This idea makes sense to me and it makes understanding of Islam easier.
the second source of Islam is the Sunnah - NOT the Hadith.
They are not the same thing
@@mikhan5191 Could you shed light on the differences between the two?
@@studentofknowledge9116 - Definition of Hadith v definition of Sunnah:
It is important to understand these definitions correctly as understood by the scholars of Usul alFiqh over the past 1400 years .
Definition of Hadith:
- khabar/athar /narrations BEFORE nubuwwat and AFTER.
- Categorised as: sahih... dhaeef...maudu.... etc
- using Ilm ul rijal..(biographies of the narrators ) to check isnads (chains of narrators)
-this is the raw material /data from which the Fuqaha extract the Sunnah.
Definition of Sunnah :
- EXCLUDES anything before nubuwwah.
Etc
- Sunnah can never be dhaeef/weak/fabricated.
- the actions of the 4 Rashidun Khalifas is also regarded as the Sunnah
And this learning from the sahaba was not just from hadith but by practical examples /amal of living with them and watching them and listening to them retell of many events and stories that have never been written down but were known to them.
Alhamdulillah

Mashallah! The question was answered very clearly.
No we are think like that . If your read Quran and sunnah we are with u . And we have no objection

WHICH IMAM MUST WE FOLLOW ❓
Followers of imams ( Madhabs) have decided all the four imams ( Madhabs) are correct, but we must ONLY follow ONE 🤦♂
The complete & perfected Islam existed before the arrival of the four great Imams.
Allah did NOT instruct us to follow any imam.
The Prophet P.B.U.H did NOT instruct us to follow any imam.
The imams did NOT instruct us to follow them.
All the four great imams said, if you find a hadith which contradicts what we have taught you then REJECT what we taught you ( This proves the target of all the four imams was to direct us to the Quran & Hadith )
A question for all those people who a follow an imam, are you ready to REJECT a Hadith to follow an imam 🤦🏻♂❓
If Allah says in the Qur'an that Islam is complete, why do you still believe in Hadiths??

At the same time, it would be great if you could clarify / give your opinion on the books in the name of these pious Imams... Apart from difference in opinions in Fiqh, it has also some issues/masalas that CANNOT BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE PIOUS IMAMS...
PURPOSEFULLY, I AM NOT DETAILING THE CONTENTS OF THOSE MASAYILS..
PLEASE COMMENT YOUR OPINION ON THAT TOO as nowadays, those who follow madhab... They blindly follow these books written in the names of Imams, which is in fact is against the words of all the respectable imams. eg. Alamgiri
