You should always have younger musicians try to breath life into the older classic songs. The Surf Coasters have a great tradition of playing surf music. They did a great job. Nobody has done a better job on Baja than the Astronauts. They were the original inspiration of course. I enjoy all versions because they keep to the original feeling. Thanks so much for keeping Surf Music alive and kicking.
probably the best version of this song to date.....not too fast, nor too slow....plus w/ that nice up-lifting soaring mid-section short jam......very well done! I love this band's audio atmospherics.....like you can almost hear the ocean waves crashing, rising and falling....very talented group here ! Please post more if you can !! Thank you !!

They changed out the drummer. But then again I last saw them in 2006 in San Jose, CA.
