I use Source for Zwift on my Mac Mini M2, so it works on Apple too. As you say there could be more helpful set up content like this one. I fear I’m already missing some helpful tips.
I think it's just a case of putting some time aside to mess about with it, something we don't have when we've got limited time on the trainer! I discovered the eye button is useful for making all overlays disappear/reappear when you need to click Zwift buttons on screen since this video!
Do you have sauce installed? Are you on the discord channel? If so the downloads you want are pinned under the zenmaster mod thread and disenhuhn mod threads.
The window you want is called Route Profile with segments, but you can also have the route profile in the Map window and in the Grid (currently watching) windows too.
"W Prime (Work Prime/W’), often referred to as the Anaerobic Capacity/Battery/Reserve, is the amount of work you are able to do above your Critical Power (CP) and is measured in joules (J) or kilojoules (KJ)." See ( atpperformance.uk/2021/05/28/what-is-w-prime/ ) Think of it as your "nitro" or boost/battery... in terms of Sauce it should show you how much you have left in the tank to go hard and it could also be useful looking at other riders as you can set this up to show in the nearby riders window! For me I've not set it up right as I am always going into the negative!

How did you get the routeprofile with segments. It is not in my standard menu available.
It's a mod that you can add on. It's one of the ones I mentioned at the start. You just unzip them in the right folder. Start and then restart sauce.

yeah it was on the hoof, learning curve is steep with S4Z, I should probably do another one but still need to update my set up!
