Thanks for the video. What are the best websites to find a condo in BGC or Eastwood? The websites i found online are terrible hahahah. Whats the best way to find a condo thanks
Can someone set up a new service business venture there for rental property top management? A group of "managers" that will assist both owners & renters in all avenues related to this venture - from pricing, staging, moving to fixing things, setting up services & furnitures, cleaning, pest control, pet services, etc. Managers can then delegate to appropriate necessary dedicated workers/laborers. Top calibre service that pays itself back because it would address all the worries of foreign/local investors & visitors (tourist or business.) It would add to the economy and give work & training to some locals. This would also make the moving-to-the-Philippines experience as an upgrade and seamless.
Hi Justin ,I'm your subscriber from Riverdale, NYC ...I'm FilAm near retirement...I like your vlog it's very informative....I think you 're the first vlogger that talks about upscale condo rental...Can you please find out wha insurance St Luke's hosp accepts?
I think that I am going to rent a 2 bedroom at the suites condo in bgc for 180,000 a month as I want a bigger condo because I use an electric wheelchair and I need an apt with a big and long shower
Is it possible to store your stuff in Manila? My dream is to travel as a minimalist for at least a year, while storing my "junk" (read: books, tax information, pictures, winter jacket, additional clothes, etc.) in storage. Then after a year of travel to get my stuff and settle. Of course, living as a minimalist I would only rent furnished apts and hopefully live in only two suitcases. Can you answer if finding storage in Manila difficult or expensive? Something you may want to mention in future postings.
Hi Jon they have many decent storage facilities all over Manila and in fact I’m also using one called Loc and Stor - which has many locations and their customer service has been good
@@itsJustinSpencer Thank you. BTW: Like you, also born in Jamica, Queens. Lived in Tuscon, Tempe, Flag and own rentals especially Tempe, and Mesa, Chandler, Flag. ASU Grad, Go Sun Devils !! Now living Tokyo. I'll be Manila February. Any chance for coffee?
Thanks Justin. I follow your vlogs. It is informative and I loved the features on high end condos as well as the middle ranged properties. Good to hear, that you also liked living here in the Philippines. 😊
Hi Justin,i want to be in bgc,i want to be in best safe area convenient to everything, malls ,restaurants, i need a 1 bedroom around 50-60 meters in a nice building with a beautiful pool and a really nice gym, what building to you recommend, fully furnished, and how much, thank you very much
Hi, I'm a older Asian retired man in NYC, thinking about moving to Manila alone, I was told you can't buy any house because your not from Philippine, you have to buy in someone else name from the area, is that right? I'm looking for a place with walking distance to the super market, drug store ( like Walgreen, Rite Aid, etc...). Is 2000.00 USD a month give me a good living?
Hi George, $2,000/month converts to just over 100,000 pesos and is still a strong budget for Manila in 2023. There are many good places that are in walking distance of malls and pharmacies. Here they have “mercury drug” and “Watsons” as the too two. Rockwell, BGC and Eastwood city are just a few options that come to mind.
There’s also a better place to live for good is Clark City n Angeles City…this place is near to Manila well developed a lot of Condo build here n more cheaper…a lot of Korean living in this place…
If my main goal is to get in shape and wanted the best gym and pool for swimming laps and I wanted a studio apartment around 350.00 to 500.00 in BGC with great location does any place match my requirements?
I would prefer you just stick to the details of and not get into all the philosophy about buying long-term and all the other garbage just do what the condos do.
Have recommended your channel to some foreign vloggers that i've been following, esp those who are planning to stay here for an extended period.
Thank you 😃

It would be great to meet up with you for a coffee or lunch. I arrive in Manila August 16. I’m staying in Makati for the first six days.
Sorry Guy, currently in the US
@@itsJustinSpencer Any plans to go back?
I currently live in Makati but it seems to me that the best place to live (Manila ) is in the Landmark/Galleria mall area. Your thoughts?
Perhaps
Hoping I can live like a king in Manila. My VA/SSD is $5,500 USD a month. Or should I look somewhere cheaper for the good life?
That’s King status

Hello Justin, do you have video on 755000-100000 monthly?
Do you have a video on recommendations for BGC condo buildings?
Individual videos, but not an all conclusive one like this
What do you do for a job to be able to live abroad?
Hi Justin. Are you still in Makati?
Yes
Thanks Justin. I follow your vlogs. It is informative and I loved the features on high end condos as well as the middle ranged properties. Good to hear, that you also liked living here in the Philippines. 😊
My budget for rent in Manila is $2000-3000 per month. Knowing this, which building or two would you recommend? Thanks!!
Do you see you and Mia moving to Arizona or the back to the United States in the future? Do you not like the US anymore?

Yep

Wow
Avoid jazz residence Makati. Cockroaches, mold, run down, slow elevators, over priced and falling apart.
Correct

I'm not interested in camping.
