This is a beautiful house. I love the design. However, the porch is too small to protect the door from rain. Anyway there is some ways to put aesthetic barriers on the left side of the porch to shield door from rain. Same as with the back door. There is room for upgrade.. Beautiful.

Nice design! Minimalist, clean, comfortable to the eye. But the only problem is that lacks of details. No balcony show, Laundry area, and also the master bedroom is too big that doesn't match to its cabinet😅 Overall it's nice and minimalist❤ hope there's a similar floor plan that has 3 bedrooms, small house design 🙏

Wow ,such a good space management in a very small space is truely awesome 👍
I love the design but I was wondering if you can tweak it just a bit. Reduce the size of the living room by 5 square meters and add 2 more square meters to the kitchen and include an island and put a 3 square meter laundry room downstairs. Last thing, could you a design it with 2 bedrooms upstairs and at the top of the stairs have a family room about 4 square meters and enlarge the master bedroom to offset it by the difference in the family room. Maybe make the walk-in closet for the master. But it’s almost the design I want plus maybe a pool in the back. Awesome!

Okay, but I do hope if the engine of the cars started will, the windows are closed. Because you don't wanna for sure the smoke in the room have (or even the oily smell of them). This is the only negative point in this concept.

No storage? if you don’t have a garage then where is the storage room or laundry room or a better back of the house. At least a pergola or awning to back entrance. Great idea at first but overall disappointing
