Gorgeous. I have a 620 m^2 lot that I will be building on. This is just about the size that I would like. Except, by US tastes, I would want only two larger bedrooms and two baths. Love the wraparound terrace above. Looks really great.

very good architecture)! visualisation and interior can be much better, also building is 156m i think for this big can be 220-250m - brcouse rooms looks realy small - but in total looks realy nice !

Every single family is different!
In any floor plan, in my particular own experience, the parties involved when designing to build a permanent home for life should involve everyone, including the arquitect/s involved, should ask the client their current needs, draw the preliminary plans, make adjustments and then freeze the final project! And then give the green light to execute the building project. A house is for life!
The floor plan best adaptable for me is one single floor, no ups and downs, no stairs, bathroom connected to each bedroom!
Nice size ample kitchen...Age is important specially if you are over 70 y/old!

Looks cool, great job👍. But in order to put that huge couch on the balcony (second floor) in good use and fill it up with guests, every single one o those guests will have to go throuth the bedrooms in order to get there? That's kinda weird, but other than that its fine.
Good point, you are right :) The second floor should be private and guests only on the first floor.

Très belle maison vraiment. Mais même si l’on peut recevoir des amis en extérieur, je trouve que l’espace salon est beaucoup trop petit ainsi que l’espace repas où une grande table pour accueillir tous les invités prendra toute la place. Comme le rajout de fauteuils dans l’espace salon. Les terrasses à l’étage sont très belles mais j’aurais Préféré plus petites pour agrandir les chambres. Très belle maison si l’on y vit a 4 mais dès qu’il y aura des invités, ils seront vite à l’étroit. Je ne sais si l’on peut toujours dire qu’on reçoit ses amis dehors toute l’année ? Mais belle maison, belles idées.

Why only 1.5 bathrooms? 2nd floor should incorporate another full bathroom for the master bedroom, doesn’t it? Or is there a building cost restrain that is being considered ?
Mainly space limitations, another bathroom on the second floor would certainly be comfortable, but 1 bathroom per floor is quite sufficient.
