there is two types of prefilter container available in market, one is threaded and other one is without thread. if your pre filter container is without thread, then use non threaded prefilter .

Your pre-filter may be faulty or there is more dust or rust in your inlet water as the RO pump sucks water with higher pressure.

Hi , is it ok to shut off power once the tank is Full in pep pro ++ ? As everytime u use 1 glass water from tap it keep on filling water everytime ??
it does not make any difference. if you switch ON the machine after taking 10 glass of water, the machine will remain ON till the tank fulls.
